Chapter 733: Gaining A Conscience After Being Struck By Lightning
After sending the Clown Sea Serpent away, Su Yang went to the dining room and summoned a virtual screen. He looked at the latest two episodes of “Produce 101” while waiting for the food to be ready.
Not long after, a few Little Monster Beans lined up and brought all the dishes from the kitchen.
After they were done, Su Yang started eating while watching TV.
Before he finished his al, a call ca in.
Since Little Deeny did not notify him, Su Yang felt that it should be an unknown number that was not a harassnt call, so he picked it up naturally and asked, “Hello. Who are you looking for?”
A pleasant and lively woman’s voice ca from the other end of the line. “Mr. Su, I’m Han Yi. You haven’t forgotten about , have you?”
‘Han Yi?
‘The biggest celebrity under ?
‘Why is she looking for ?’
At that thought, Su Yang quickly said, “How could I possibly have forgotten about you? I haven’t forgotten. What’s the matter, my idol?”
When she heard Su Yang calling her that, Han Yi could not help but recall that Su Yang had pretended to be her fan and her face turned red. Then, she thought about how Su Yang, the “spy”, managed to beco the president of her fan club, her face turned even redder...
Of course, these two emotions were completely different.
Then, Han Yi shook her head to clear her mind of all these ssy emotions before she said, “Mr. Su, haven’t I been sidelined? I’ve been back in your company for three months, but I haven’t even received a job arrangent.
“The money that I’ve earned over the past few years have all been paid to Sister Mi for my breach of the contract. Now that I haven’t worked for a few months, my family is really in trouble.”
At that mont, Su Yang put down his chopsticks and realized that he had been too busy recently and had forgotten about Han Yi.

As Han Yi’s managent contract was more lax, she did not have a basic salary or other expenses. Hence, Su Yang thought about it and asked Tan i to transfer one million yuan to Han Yi first.

Little Hus’s sense of sll could be used five tis a day. Other than those projects that did not look good, there were still forty other projects which required eight days to sniff out all of them.
Then, Little Hus’s nose twitched a few tis and the first five project invitations were null and void since they had no potential at all.
Looking at the remaining 35 projects in his hands, Su Yang felt like he was going crazy. ‘How long would it take for Little Hus to finish sniffing all of them if he only has five chances a day? It’s probably going to take till next year, isn’t it? Han Yi would probably starve to death by then!
‘If only Little Hus could use its abilities more!’
Su Yang’s idea may have been beautiful, but the reality was harsh. After all, he had yet to find the ability to increase Little Hus’s [Sniffing Potential]. Hence, Su Yang could only bury this thought in his heart.
Over the next two days, Little Hus would co to sniff five projects every morning. Other than one that had so potential, none of them had any potential.
Janet, on the other hand, had finally arrived at the famous capital of lightning after a long journey of two days.
He had taken many kinds of transportation. First, he flew from Shanghai to Hong Kong. Then, he flew from Hong Kong to the capital of Indonesia, Jakarta. After that, Janet took the bus, DAMRI, from Jakarta to the airport and went straight to Bogor.
Of course, he had been smuggling his way the whole ti. Other than the cargo hold, he would have been in the trunk. Hence, it had been extrely tough.
When Janet arrived at Bogor, he went to the surrounding forest and hid there, waiting for an opportunity. In fact, Bogor did not disappoint him and Su Yang. Within a few hours, dark clouds started to gather and it was about to rain.
Therefore, Janet contacted Su Yang imdiately.
After receiving Janet’s ssage, Su Yang temporarily put aside the sadness of choosing a project for Han Yi and went through the virtual space to get to Bogor.
Bogor City was located in the western part of Java Island. It was located in a basin between mountains that were 260 ters above sea level. Its south side was close to the plateau and there were several tall mountains that were more than 1,000 ters tall. Its unique geographical structure caused it to have plenty of rain and lightning all year round, plus it would often be very sudden.
When Su Yang arrived at Bogor, it just so happened to be during the afternoon. Right after he had exited the virtual space, he saw the dark clouds in the sky above the city.
The place that Janet was looking for was the plateau on the south side of Bogor. The terrain there was flat, but there were many trees there that could cover his tracks.
Su Yang did not stand on ceremony with Janet. After erging from the virtual space, he took out [The Electrocuting Kite], pulled the string on one end and threw the other towards the sky.
The kite was indeed a magical object. As soon as it was thrown into the air, it began to fly on its own.
As the kite flew higher and higher, its body started to grow bigger as well. Soon, it turned from a small kite into an extrely large kite, covering the sky and blocking a small portion of the forest.
Su Yang and Janet raised their heads to look at this scene and their mouths opened wider and wider. Even Janet, the quiet person, could not help but say, “Master, if this place wasn’t so remote, we would definitely be discovered.”
Su Yang nodded. “You’re right.”
As the kite was ready, the thunderstorm soon arrived.
Then, dark clouds covered the sky and everything was dark. Suddenly, there was a crack and a bright yellow bolt of lightning shot out from the dark clouds and struck the yellow kite.
The mont the lightning struck the kite, the entire kite was covered in a layer of brilliant blue light. The blue light could be seen spreading along the kite line.
Su Yang’s heart was pounding. Even though he was clenching his fists tightly, he was still afraid that the lightning would kill him.
However, the blue light did not spread very quickly, as if it was giving Su Yang ti to react. In those few seconds, Su Yang was reminded of the past year like a person reminiscing about the past before their death.
In the end, Su Yang ca to a conclusion... ‘I’m a good person, so I won’t be struck by lightning!”
“Crackle!”
“Ah!”
Su Yang scread in pain. He felt numb all over as all the hairs on his body stood up.
However, the electric current disappeared in an instant, so Su Yang only felt the pain and numbness for a very short mont before everything passed.
Hence, Su Yang sucked in a breath of cold air and felt as if his entire body had gone limp.
Then, he quickly waved at Janet. “Janet, co here!”
Janet stepped forward. “Yes, Master.”
Su Yang placed the kite string in his hand and said, “Help hold it for a while.”
“Okay.” Janet took over the string and stood there like a professional sentinel. Hence, Su Yang took this opportunity to shake his body before rubbing his arms and hair.
‘The feeling of being struck by lightning is really uncomfortable.’
Fortunately, after going through the kite’s “filter”, the electric shock was not as strong as he had imagined and was within the human body’s tolerance range. ‘I supposed this could be considered to be a blessing in disguise.’
Just as Su Yang was thinking about this... “Boom!” There was another thunderclap. Su Yang quickly looked up and saw another bolt of lightning streaking across the sky towards the lightning kite.
Su Yang shouted at Janet, “Be careful!”
Janet heard Su Yang’s reminder and turned to look at Su Yang.
The blue electric current was brewing on the kite, following the line all the way to Janet.
A few electric arcs flashed across Janet’s body, and nothing else happened.
Su Yang was shocked. “Don’t you feel any electric current?”
Janet’s face was a blank expression. “Electric current? Hmm... A little?”
When he said “a little”, his tone was filled with doubt like he was unsure.
Su Yang was speechless now.
‘So, the body of a little monster is that powerful?
‘I’m jealous.’
After the jealousy subsided, Su Yang decided not to take the kite back. Instead, he picked up a rock and watched Janet get struck by lightning.
As he continued to be struck by lightning, Su Yang started to suspect that he might have done sothing wrong because he was struck so viciously.
The mont this thought appeared, Su Yang started to reflect on what he had done...
”I don’t seem to be very loyal in my relationships...
‘I don’t seem to be very filial to my parents...
‘I don’t seem to have been too friendly to the little monsters...
‘I may have been too harsh on my enemies... Nah, that’s not a problem.’
Su Yang seed to have gained a conscience after being struck by lightning...
The thunderstorm lasted for about two hours. After five strikes, a [Lightning Battery] ford at the bottom of the kite string.
Then, in one and a half hours, another 19 batteries fell.
‘One thunderstorm actually managed to produce a day’s worth of quota!
‘This is very convenient.
‘What’s more convenient is that Janet’s still able to have the Lightning Batteries produced despite being struck by lightning, so there’s no need for to sacrifice myself anymore. Instead, I could just find a little monster to do it for him!
‘Who should I look for then?’

After arranging everything, Su Yang brought the Lightning Battery and the kite back to the virtual space.
Janet followed Su Yang back to Shanghai, planning to rest for a day before heading to the next location in Shanghai, Xishuangbanna!
The only thing that was left in the forest was the glass phone, waiting for the next thunderstorm!
On the third day, Su Yang and Little Hus continued to verify the projects. After sniffing four of them, Little Hus said to Su Yang hesitantly, “Su Yang, I don’t think this will work.”
Su Yang looked at it. “What’s wrong?”
Little Hus said, “The quality of these projects is far from good. If we choose them one by one, who knows how long it will take?”
Su Yang was a little hesitant. “I know it will take a long ti. But... There’s no better way, is there?”
The husky shook its head and thought for a while before saying, “Actually, there is another way.”

“Do you rember that I actually helped you verify two batches of projects before?

Soon, five proposals were placed in front of Su Yang, which was a total of five TV dramas... “The Legend of Wu Zhao”, “The Legend of the Female Doctor”, “Destined To Love You”, “Diamond Lover” and “Decoded”.
At the ti when Little Hus sniffed these few projects, “The Legend Of Wu Zetian” was the most fragrant one. In fact, it had a huge potential with just a little whiff. “The Legend Of The Female Doctor” ca second.
After taking out the project, Su Yang did not ask Little Hus to use the last chance he had that day. Instead, he gave Tan i a call and asked her about the current situation of the series.
In less than an hour, Tan i called back. Amongst the few movies, “Diamond Lover” and “Decoded” were already being fild. “The Legend of the Female Doctor” and “Destined To Love You” were almost getting ready to start filming. Thus, only “The Legend Of Wu Zetian” was still in the midst of preparation because of the larger production team.
When Su Yang heard that, his heart skipped a beat. ‘The movie that had the most fragrance is “The Legend Of Wu Zetian” though, so why not have this movie done first? However, the condition would be that this movie would have to be helpful to Han Yi’s career, so it would be best if she could beco an A-list celebrity from it.’
With that thought in mind, Su Yang hung up the phone and called Little Hus over. Then, he got Little Hus to use the last chance it had that day on “The Legend Of Wu Zetian”.
In just a few seconds, Little Hus frowned before it raised its head and said with so hesitation, “It slls good and can increase Han Yi’s popularity a lot, but...”
Su Yang asked, “But what?”
Little Hus said, “But there seems to be a hint of a foul stench. That ans there’s sothing not too good about it.”
Su Yang pondered for a mont. “If both are compared against each other?”
Little Hus did not hesitate. “The stench is negligible.”
Su Yang made the decision. “We’ll choose this then!”
After that, Su Yang then gave Tan i a call.
The call went through within a few seconds. Before Su Yang could explain his decision, i took the lead and said, “Mr. Su, I was about to call you. I asked around about Legend of Wu. Although they are not ready yet, the female lead has been confird.”
Su Yang was stunned. “Confird? Who?”
Tan i said, “Sister Bing.”
