Chapter 1002: Chapter 1003: Super Soldiers_1 Chapter 1002: Chapter 1003: Super Soldiers_1 Su Ming rode a worn-out horse, slowly making his way towards the next castle. After occupying a main Elf city, he had plundered a vast amount of resources, and was again able to recruit a Behemoth. However, he had used up his recruitnt quota for the day and would have to wait until the next day to recruit more.

With these resources, Su Ming felt even more certain in his heart, and he began to care less about the loss of the Behemoths. After all, being the attacker and without siege engines, the damage to his soldiers was substantial.

Out of Su Ming’s twelve Behemoth warriors, one had been seriously injured and had less than one-third of its Vitality Points remaining. Although it was slowly recovering on the journey, it was clear that this Behemoth would not be able to participate in the next battle before he reached the second main Elf city.

“Today, we’ll take over three main cities first, and then we’ll talk about gathering the resources needed to recruit Behemoths for tomorrow,” Su Ming muttered to himself as he glanced at the electronic map.

The next main Elf city was nad the Erald Castle, a re second-level fortress. From afar, Su Ming was surprised to find a large crowd of people surrounding the castle.

Upon closer inspection, all these people turned out to be Examinees from the underground city faction.

Seeing Su Ming and his group of Behemoths approaching, the Examinees from the underground city showed shocked expressions on their faces.

“Seventh-level troops, Behemoths, my God…”

“Twelve of them, he actually recruited so many seventh-level troops!”

“Does anyone know him?”

“I think I saw him at the rcenary Guild in the City of Sin…”

The crowd was whispering among themselves, speculating about Su Ming’s identity.

“This brother… we’re all Examinees from the underground city faction, and there’s no conflict of interest between us. How about we join forces?” One of the Examinees from the underground city faction rode out on a horse and proposed to Su Ming.

“Join forces? What could you possibly offer to help ?” Su Ming looked disdainfully at the other people and the troops they led. Most of them were only second or third-level troops, like big-eared monsters, wolf riders, and half-beastman warriors. Among them, two or three Examinees had fourth-level troops – Ogre Fighters. These huge fighters, standing over two ters tall with a bulky stature, reeked of foulness and wielded tapered wooden clubs as they roared fiercely at the surrounding troops.

But as the Behemoths drew near, these Ogre Fighters lay flat on the ground, too frightened to move. The other underground city troops also showed fearful expressions, retreating incessantly.

“Haha, it seems to that there are no siege engines in this brother’s army. It must be tough on your soldiers to attack the castles, and I see that one of your Behemoths seems to be on the brink of death…” As he spoke, the Examinee who stepped forward raised his right hand, and a beam of white light fell upon the badly injured Behemoth. Soon, the Behemoth began to gradually recover its Vitality Points.

“A first-level Holy Healing Spell?” Su Ming’s eyebrows lifted. Moreover, the other party had maxed out the spell. With each cast, it could restore 10% of a soldier’s Vitality Points.

If it were a lower-level troop, 10% of Vitality Points wouldn’t an much. But for a seventh-level troop like the Behemoth, 10% of Vitality Points was a lot. Most importantly, the consumption of the Holy Healing Spell was very low, allowing it to be cast continuously.

Su Ming saw that the other party had only deployed once before stopping and smiling amiably at him. After a mont of contemplation, he slowly nodded and said, “If that’s the case, then let’s form an alliance.”

Seeing Su Ming nod, the Undercity faction’s examinees imdiately breathed a sigh of relief, knowing that even if the Undercity faction erged victorious, they could only obtain the most basic battle achievent rewards, which was quite frustrating to think about.

After seeing that Su Ming had twelve Bing Giants, the original hopes of the Undercity faction’s examinees, which were rely to pass the assessnt, grew rapidly like weeds. They not only wanted to win but also to earn more battle achievents and exchange them for top-notch treasures.

Under Su Ming’s leadership, all of the Undercity faction’s examinees began marching towards the Erald Castle. Dozens of siege engines relentlessly attacked the walls of the Erald Castle. The instant the walls collapsed, the twelve Bing Giants let out a deafening roar and charged towards the castle first. Close behind them, a large group of Undercity faction warriors followed suit, launching an assault on the warriors within the Erald Castle…

All examinees were placed on the sa map. Those who owned a main city beca lords. Once a main city was breached, the lord was automatically eliminated. Those without a main city automatically beca wandering heroes. If they didn’t capture a main city within three days, these lords without cities would also be automatically eliminated.

In this new map, the system had rely duplicated the resources each faction’s examinees had. None of the abandoned castles from the old world were present on this map.

Moreover, those who had not captured a castle in the previous world found it virtually impossible to seize one in this new map. Therefore, the examinees without a main city would be automatically eliminated after three days.

These examinees weren’t nurous, only about one-third. Every examinee who had entered this Assessnt World was sharp-witted; after gaining information about the main cities, almost all of them started searching for castles similar to abandoned ones. The luckless among them simply had not yet found a castle to capture.

The Undercity faction spread like a raging fire, encroaching upon the territories around them. Within just two days, they had eliminated all players from two neighboring factions. This caused players from other factions to fear for their safety, while news of Su Ming having a dozen Bing Giants also reached their ears.

“How is this even playable? With seven-tier troops, and over a dozen at that, even the guy from the Human faction probably can’t stand up to the Undercity faction!” An Elental faction’s examinee said with a bitter smile on his face.

“Why wasn’t I randomly assigned to the Undercity faction? It’s practically a guaranteed win, and you could even earn a good amount of battle achievents!”

“Hey, I haven’t even seen a shadow of the Elental faction’s seven-tier troops, the Phoenix, while Bing Giants have already appeared. It’s like they don’t want players from other factions to survive at all!”

Just at that mont, a blaze of Fla violently burst into the main city eting room of the Elental faction’s examinees. This was also one of the Elental faction’s examinees, but his current form was that of a fire elental.

“Everyone, the opportunity for victory has arrived.” This examinee was exuberant as he shouted, “Look, what is this?”

In his raised hand, a bright scroll glowed resplendently, drawing everyone’s eyes.

“What is that, a Skill Scroll?” An examinee asked with a frown, “Even if it’s a fifth-level tight-knit magic scroll, it probably can’t annihilate over a dozen Bing Giants in one go…”

“Haha, this is not a magic scroll, but a Crafting Scroll. With it, we can create super-soldiers capable of contending with the Bing Giants,” shouted the enterprising examinee joyfully.
