However, researchers created so models and found that increasing the food for monarch butterflies in cities could serve to protect them."
The food of monarch butterflies is tropical milkweed, a plant rich in sap. People thought that perhaps they could, with far less money, send a packet of tropical milkweed seeds to each resident of a certain area, asking them to scatter these seeds in the city's small gardens, in their own backyards, or in the wastelands.
This network of tropical milkweed could change the fate of the monarch butterflies."
This process had its failures, but also many dramatic successes. People discovered that the idea was indeed viable; after sending the tropical milkweed seeds to the residents, gardens of the plant began to appear one after another across the city."

The zoo has beco much livelier recently.
The golden snub-nosed monkeys and Japanese macaques that were introduced have arrived at the zoo and have entered the quarantine phase.
The enclosures have been almost completed, as the construction team does not take holidays; they continued working diligently even through the New Year!
Once the quarantine is finished, probably by March, they can be put on display.
The Reptiles and Amphibians Exhibit has also introduced so new animals, like the king cobra, for example.
The new animals have brought in a substantial amount of green leaf coins, which tily replenished funds for the ongoing construction of the elephant enclosure.
The elephant exhibition area is quite large, and it is expected to be completed by April; this speed is already exceptionally fast.
The black panther enclosure is under construction and should also be finished by April; the jaguar is currently en route to the zoo.
Since we already have one black panther, we didn't especially buy another; the male we've introduced has a normal color pattern.
The leopard enclosures can be smaller, mainly providing them with trees they can climb.
In contrast, the hot spring hotel, in order to save green leaf coins, opted to pay a proper construction crew to build it, resulting in an incredibly slow progress; it is expected to be completed by May, and the decoration might take about a month, so it could officially open in June.
Besides patrolling the zoo, Fang Ye would also visit the quarantine area to see the newly arrived golden snub-nosed monkeys and bond with the black panther, stop by the veterinary hospital to check on the lion cubs, and drop into Mizzle's birthing room to visit the wolf pups.

Two golden snub-nosed monkeys were squatting on a log in the middle of their cage, grooming each other's fur; another one sat nearby as a smaller one wandered around them.
Fang Ye watched with great interest!
The head and limbs of the golden snub-nosed monkeys were a reddish-brown, their belly fur was snow white, tinged with a hint of pale gold.

The fur on their backs was a golden yellow, long and flowing, giving them the appearance reminiscent of a beggar from martial arts novels, wearing layers of tattered clothes ripped into long strips.
However, compared to the beggars, the golden fur of the snub-nosed monkeys was undoubtedly far more magnificent!
And unlike the unkempt beards and long hair of the beggars giving them a dirty and ssy look, the snub-nosed monkeys had round and chubby heads.
This ti, four golden hair monkeys were introduced; in the middle of the enclosure, the biggest and most robust was the leader, Big Treasure, with his wife Yaya grooming him at the mont. Another, Leelee, was also one of Big Treasure's wives.
There was also a one-year-old little snub-nosed monkey, Little Precious, who was wandering around, looking quite lively.
Golden snub-nosed monkeys are also quite rare animals; introducing four at once is indeed a grand gesture.
