At first, the few of them didn't notice anything unusual, but as they approached the entrance, they realized the door to the reptiles and amphibians exhibit was actually a protruding turtle head, complete with two adorable big eyes. Its mouth was open, and visitors were to enter through it.

Daigo stepped back a few paces to take a full view of the entire facade of the reptiles and amphibians exhibit and exclaid in surprise, "Hey, doesn't this look like a big tortoise? Even the back is rounded."

"Click-click," and he snapped a couple of photos.

Lin Hao also figured out what was going on and found it rather interesting: "The design of this exhibit is quite unique."

The entrance and exit of the reptiles and amphibians exhibit were the turtle's head and feet!

Daigo suggested, "Hey, why don't we take a group photo here?"

Lili urged, "Co on, there's nothing much to take pictures of here, let's hurry up and go in. I'm eager to see the snakes."

After reading an article about the grand opening of Linhai Zoo's reptiles and amphibians exhibit, she had developed a keen interest in the several beautiful snakes displayed in it!

The interior of the tortoise building was a world of its own!

The walls were uneven yellow-brown rock faces interspersed with so black stones, simulating the natural formations of mountains.

Lush green plants grew from unknown places, bright green large flat leaves, dark green slender pointed leaves, and clusters of tender green-yellow round leaves were all present, filling the view with wide expanses of refreshing green, looking exceedingly rich in natural essence.

It even gave the illusion of inadvertently stepping into a tropical rainforest.

At this point, Lin Hao couldn't help but stop in his tracks, his head a little bewildered, thinking he'd wandered into the wrong place!

But seeing the plain brown-yellow stone tiles on the floor, and a row of neat black display cases, with visitors bending slightly to observe carefully in front of them, he ca back to his senses, realizing he was indeed inside the reptiles and amphibians exhibit!

These trees and plants were either planted in the border planter made of dark grey stones at the edge of the exhibit or directly in the yellow-brown soil columns, and even the slender or thick roots of the plants could be seen stretching out.

Of course, those planted directly in the soil columns were the parts in the middle of the exhibit that did not need support, while the exterior walls that were responsible for support were very sturdy, with the natural yellow-brown rock face being just a surface covering.

Thick brown tree trunks extended out obliquely from the stone planters, and planting the trees at such an angle was of course deliberate. There were supports above the exhibit to carry the weight of the extending branches, and overhead, branches and leaves were lush and abundant. Find exclusive stories on empire

After so pruning, a beautiful and pleasant rainforest scene was created within the exhibit.

The dense greenery, the animals on display, and the visitors quietly stopping to watch, all seed very harmonious in such an environnt!

Daigo was montarily stunned, then excitedly said, "My feelings right now can be described with just two words: Holy crap!"

Lili's eyes sparkled with excitent: "Wow, isn't this environnt just too beautiful?"

Sunshine filtered through the white translucent acrylic panels of the ceiling, passing through the gaps intentionally left between trimd dense branches on either side and casting light upon the visitors' walkway.

The air inside the exhibit was fresh and moist. Lin Hao couldn't help but take a deep breath, slling the scent of so unknown tree leaves, while a subtle sound of water reached his ears.

Lili seed to have discovered sothing: "Huh, there's a little fish pond here."

The pond was planted with clusters of light green ornantal plants, with fine sand and white pebbles lining the bottom, where a group of red goldfish were swimming back and forth.

Clear trickling streams flowed down the rocks, coming through the crevices and falling into the crystal clear, light green-water pond, producing a gentle pitter-pattering sound.

There was a sign nearby explaining that this was for children to play with, where they could interact with the goldfish but were not allowed to catch and take them away.

Lili instantly beca unreserved, placing her hand in the pool and inhaling sharply, "Hiss, this water is a bit cold."

She began teasing the little goldfish with her fingers, giggling happily.

Because the water was quite cool, she quickly withdrew her hand after just over a dozen seconds.

That was also the reason why the water temperature was set rather low, just right to play with and experience.

Not only was the exhibit area beautifully arranged, but the environnt inside the display looked great too!

Lin Hao looked from left to right and stopped in front of a display case about two ters wide and high, observing it carefully.

It appeared to be a tree-dwelling habitat inside the case, with several perches serving as the backbone of the exhibit, multiple plants distributed in layers without looking dense, a UVB lamp on top, separated by a wire lid.

Inside was a very beautiful chaleon!

It kind of looked like a plump big-headed fish, with a row of small conical protrusions on its back, stripes of blue, yellow, and green on its body, while the area near its chin was red and yellow, resembling a stunning rainbow in the sky.

Lin Hao even felt that he wasn't watching a chaleon, but admiring a gorgeously colored, boldly imaginative famous painting!

All sorts of colorful paints seed to be imprinted on its body.

In a daze, it was as if he had entered a field of vibrant flowers, a splendor of red, yellow, blue, and green blooms, radiant and resplendent, a feast for the eyes.

"Is there such a beautiful chaleon?"

Lin Hao was sowhat dazzled, bending down to look at the label underneath the display case: "Panther chaleon! Also known as the panther chaleon, native to Madagascar Island."

The panther chaleon has a very diverse lineage, although all located on Madagascar Island, different geographical locations result in different body colors, and those with different colors do not interbreed across regions, using their colors as a way to mark their own territories.

Fang Ye had actually acquired this panther chaleon without much cost, it was originally a confiscated illegal animal given to a local zoo by the police.

At the previous zoo, it didn't have a good living environnt, improper care, just left in a tiled glass display case, and it wasn't long before its skin and oral cavity started to rot.

After Fang Ye heard about it and bought it, under the careful attention of the veterinarian, coupled with Fang Ye using the spiritual water to aid its recovery, it was finally nursed back to health after more than a month.

At this mont, it used its Alien Baltan-like claws to grip onto a trunk on the inner side, its tail coiled around the trunk like a lollipop, its spherical eyes bulging out prominently, constantly rotating, as though it too was observing the visitors outside.

Daigo, after looking at the display case on the opposite side, ca over and exclaid, "Damn, that's beautiful!"

He took out his SLR cara and "click click" snapped a couple of photos.

Lili and her boyfriend also ca to the display case at this ti, and saw this very beautiful panther chaleon!

Then Daigo exclaid again, "Damn, damn."

Unfortunately, Daigo wasn't cultured, a single "damn" covered his lexicon.

Lin Hao and Lili also widened their eyes in amazent!

The panther chaleon, which originally had yellow, blue, and green colors on its back, suddenly began to change towards orange and red, and within a dozen seconds, it transford into another completely different chaleon, its face as red as a cooked crab, dripping with blood.

Spreading its claws, it began to move its limbs in jerky, tape-recorder fashion and slowly hid behind a leaf.
