The survivor who just passed by, why didn’t the zombies follow him?

He couldn’t believe that the zombies were blind, or that they were too full to care about other survivors.

He quickened his pace, heading toward the source of the noise.

He imdiately saw a group of zombies piled up there, groaning aimlessly.

The group of female survivors inside the building were always tense as they watched the outside; they were slightly stunned when Lin Fan appeared.

"Sister Xin, soone is appearing, why isn’t he running?"

When Chen Xin saw Lin Fan’s figure, she was shocked, as by now any survivor ought to be aware of the terror of zombies. In her sight, the survivor simply appeared there, seemingly fearless in the presence of the zombies.

She saw the survivor slowly draw the sword from his back.

"What is he going to do?"

Imdiately following,

She stared with unbelieving eyes at the scene before her, where the oddly behaving survivor was clearing the zombies with a speed imperceptible to the naked eye.

"Is he still human?"

Not only was Chen Xin dumbfounded, so were the others in total disbelief.

If it weren’t for seeing it with their own eyes, no one would believe such a situation.

They bravely approached the window, observing the scene below. The building, not too many floors high, allowed them to see everything clearly, causing them to swallow nervously.

To see Li Qun avoiding the zombies’ bites was unbelievable enough, but what was happening before their very eyes was even more incredible, a scene even more shocking than Li Qun’s.

In the briefest of monts,

The zombies that had left them in a state of panic were completely cleared, their shattered bodies violently assaulting their psyche.

Lin Fan, standing there, looked towards the building; he knew there were survivors inside.

"Sister Xin, what do we do now?" one of the survivors asked.

Chen Xin remained silent, looking at them, "Can the n of this apocalyptic world still be trusted?"

Everyone was silent.

A realistic question in the absence of laws; many n acted like carnivorous beasts without restraint; even the survivors who are still alive have long since been affected by the apocalypse.

Twisted, perverse, grim.

"But Sister Xin, what about Li Qun..."

At the ntion of Li Qun, everyone’s expression changed; that guy was a madman, possessed by a demon, obsessed with only one thing on his mind.

For them, it was a real dilemma; surviving in this apocalypse until now hadn’t been easy.

Outside.

Lin Fan still hadn’t moved; he knew there were survivors inside, and from the reflection on the glass windows, it seed like the survivors were all female.

It reminded him of the situation when he t Su Xiaoxiao.

Also hiding, wary of the outside world, and even at one point treating him as if he were insane.

At this mont, he wanted to smile, but he rembered Su Xiaoxiao’s words earlier saying, "Lin, standing outside my shop watching with a smile, you make anxious, as if a creep has appeared."

So he did not smile, but instead waved his hand as a greeting to them.

"Hello, my na is Lin Fan, a survivor of the Sunshine District, do you need any help?"

As he spoke, he hoped they would trust him a little.

Of course, he could understand their wariness.

After all, it’s really dangerous now.

The trust between people had long been eroded to nothing by the apocalypse.

Apart from those living in Sunshine District, who could still see hope’s light and always held hope for those around them, trusting them all the sa, it was really hard to say about the outside.

Inside the building.

"Sister Xin, he’s waving at us. Sunshine District, that’s a shelter, should we choose to trust him?"

"He seems more trustworthy than Li Qun, doesn’t look like a sly and despicable person."

"If we ignore him, three days later, Li Qun will co back for us, he will bring the zombies in."

As the sisters discussed, Chen Xin appeared very grave as she thought and considered.

"Sisters, you stay here, I’ll go and try."

Chen Xin spoke slowly.

She decided to take a risk. After much contemplation, ignoring the other party was an option too, but the Li Qun that would co after three days was even more terrifying. Opportunities often slip away in a blink; whether he could be trusted or not was sothing she had to decide on her own.

"Sister Xin, could there be danger?"

Everyone was worried.

Chen Xin said, "Even if there’s danger, we have to try."

"Sister Xin, let’s go together."

"Yeah, if there really is an issue, with so many of us, we can give him a scratch each, surely we can draw so blood."

Hearing what the sisters said, Chen Xin looked at everyone, "Fine, let’s go together."

Since the early days to now, they had always stayed united. So of their original companions had died, so new ones joined, but they always strove to keep living. Although won in chaos could only play subordinate roles, they were always proving that they had the ability to survive.

Downstairs.

Lin Fan was slightly surprised to see a group of female survivors, not expecting there to be not even one male among them, and their survival thus far was truly impressive.

"Hello."

Lin Fan greeted them with a smile.

Having now t up close, a smile was inevitable, the best way to greet.

"Hello."

Chen Xin and her group regarded Lin Fan with slight caution. Of course, the first impression was good, and for them, it had been a long ti since they had heard the words "hello."

"My na is Lin Fan, I live in Sunshine District. The situation outside is a bit dangerous; staying here, I don’t think is safe. If too many zombies appear, they might breach the fences of your shelter."

Lin Fan felt that their current place wasn’t quite right.

It was too unsafe.

If anyone harbored ill intentions, wanting to take over this place would be pretty simple. For instance, look at the building’s walls, they were at most about two ters high; most people could easily jump over them.

"We already have many survivors in Sunshine District. I don’t know if you would be interested in coming to Sunshine District?"

He looked at the group of female survivors and saw in their eyes, besides caution towards him, there was also fortitude and the determination to resist the apocalypse.

Chen Xin hadn’t expected him to speak so straightforwardly. She looked around at the others; it wasn’t just her decision, she wanted to see what the group thought.

"Sister Xin, you decide. We trust your decision."

The people around her said.

They had witnessed Lin Fan’s strength, and if what he said was true, it would be a very good place for them indeed.

Chen Xin felt trendous pressure.

Everyone was asking her to make the decision.

Her choice now would determine the life or death and future of them all.
