Sheng Yi said in disbelief, "Boss He, I have been loyal to you, and you’re just going to throw out there? It’s just one person we’re dealing with, and we have so many people on the Lucky, how could we be afraid of him?"
"Shut up, if you’re wrong, you must admit it. He just said it right, it’s now the apocalypse, it’s hard enough just to survive, yet you still think of doing such things," scolded He Qing angrily.
Lin Fan nodded in satisfaction, though he suspected that this He Qing might be pretending, but it was still good that he said it.

Perhaps Sheng Yi felt that Boss He was actually afraid of the opponent, he drew a dagger from his waist and lunged violently at Lin Fan, roaring as he charged.

Imdiately afterward, they followed the direction of the kick and saw Sheng Yi kicked against the railing, dangling with limbs limp, his abdon appearing to be caved in, and blood slowly trickling down from the corner of his mouth.
Everyone was agape.
He Qing struggled to stay calm, eyes wide open; he might have known Lin Fan was formidable, but it was beyond belief to think he could be this monstrous. Was this even humanly possible?
The distance from here to the railing was a good ten ters or more.

Feron, being held by Lin Fan, was completely flabbergasted upon hearing this.

He Qing squinted, pondering, and from Lin Fan’s words, he seed to understand so situations; this leader of the Sunshine District, Lin Fan, possessed extraordinary power and also seed to always operate within legally permissible bounds.
Yet it was not entirely so.
From his declaration of self-defense, kicking Sheng Yi to death, it was clear that he engaged in a different kind of violent act, rely masking this violence under legal pretenses.

He Qing empathized, "Mmm, no mistake, such behavior should indeed be sent to the police station. But Brother Lin, can you tell how you manage to be so powerful? Now that the apocalypse is here, if we humans can beco stronger, we surely could eradicate the zombies."
He was eager to know.
Though he knew the other party wouldn’t tell him, he still wanted to ask, in case... yes, it was a gamble on a possibility.
"Hope for the future, thinking about rebuilding the once flourishing Huang City, that’s my motivation for becoming stronger," Lin Fan said seriously.
He Qing opened his mouth as if he had much to say, but eventually... he did not speak and just nodded.
"You’re right."
All emotions finally condensed into four words.

Lin Fan left with Feron.
Feron begged pitifully, but his pleading was futile, Lin Fan carried him like carrying a small chick.
He Qing watched Lin Fan’s receding figure; the friendly appearance had completely disappeared, his gaze filled with sagacity and even a shade of viciousness.
The power Lin Fan had shown was undoubtedly extraordinary. If he could control this power, he would be able to stand firm in the apocalypse.
Looking at the dead Sheng Yi.
It wasn’t a worthless death.
It was his final contribution.
"Listen to , from now on, don’t provoke the Sunshine District, and especially do not provoke him. If anyone dares to defy my orders, you know the consequences."
He Qing warned.
Everyone nodded and mulled over in their hearts, how could they dare provoke, given the strength displayed by the opponent? Could that even be achieved by a human?
The only regret for He Qing was... that the opponent didn’t disclose the thod to beco stronger, it seed the research on crystals had to continue.

Gu Hang and Lin Fan stood in front of the iron rail, conversing.
"Little Fan, you need to be careful of He Qing, he’s not a good person." Gu Hang, aware of yesterday’s issue, was extrely angered, unable to believe soone would do such a thing, delivering zombies to another’s shelter, absolutely diabolical.
