The man, much older than the young woman, had been a senior executive in a company before the apocalypse, and the younger woman was his kept canary, pretty but a bit of an actress.
"It’s just an illusion, an illusion," the middle-aged man had already decided that he ca to the shelter seeking safety, and when the opportunity arose, he would surely offer up his canary to Qin Si.

the brother closed the door.
