The glint of the sword erged.

Thud! Thud!

The sound of chopping.

The zombies in front of him were quickly diminishing, those able to stand were falling at a visible rate, but Lin Fan sowhat noticed that these zombies were indeed much more capable than those he had encountered before.

"All done."

He swung, shaking off the blood from Frostmourne.

He looked toward the pharmacy; Grandma Xu was still searching for dicines.

"No rush, Grandma Xu, take your ti. I’m here, nothing will happen."

He looked at the zombies he had killed, so were uniford security guards, no wonder, with even the guards turned into zombies, the chaos in the hospital was understandable.

Fortunately, this wasn’t the inpatient departnt. The inpatient departnt was in the adjacent building, and without even thinking about it, one could know that there must be even more zombies there.

In the absence of any sound.

Even if there were really zombies nearby, they wouldn’t co running this way.

Waiting.

"Heh heh...roar."

A rough roar ca through. He did not see any zombies, but the sound was deeper than any other zombie he had heard, giving him the feeling of a monster BOSS in a zombie movie.

"That sound is a bit strange," Lin Fan thought.

The thud of heavy footsteps ca, and the ground seed to shake.

He saw a blurry silhouette at the end of the corridor, and then, a zombie he had never encountered erged at the end of the corridor.

He had seen brawny ones, those that moved on all fours, and even ones that could shriek.

But he had never seen a zombie like the one before him.

An obese body, thick and bloated all over, oozing with a viscous liquid, with a huge, swollen head. The corridor was not narrow, but it was completely filled by the zombie, not even a crack of space left.

"That’s really disgusting, oh my god, how did it even turn into a zombie?" Lin Fan muttered.

At that mont, Gu Hang, who was about to inform Lin Fan that he was almost done packing, was stunned upon seeing the atball-like zombie through the window.

He was classifying the types of zombies.

The zombie before him gave him a feeling of a new type of zombie.

The bloated zombie saw Lin Fan, opened its mouth to roar, and its obese body rubbed against the walls as it attacked him. Its pace wasn’t slow, but it wasn’t as fast as other zombies; it had an imposing presence, though.

"Lin Fan, can you handle that zombie?" Gu Hang asked knowingly.

Lin Fan smiled, "Don’t worry and help Grandma Xu, it’s going to be okay."

’It’s going to be okay’, these three words were like a shot of adrenaline, fiercely injected into his heart.

Gu Hang swallowed his saliva. Despite having a strong ntal fortitude, the disgusting sight of the zombie still made him indescribably nervous.

Lin Fan remained calm.

Thinking of a way to deal with it, given the size of the zombie, aiming to chop off its head with the sword seed unrealistic; the head might be large, but it was small in comparison to its bloated body.

After a mont of contemplation.

He ca up with a plan.

"Heh heh...roar."

The bloated zombie roared, hot air spewed from its bloody mouth as it ran towards Lin Fan. Its mountain-like body made Lin Fan seem insignificant. Even the size of a Powerful Zombie couldn’t compete.

"Grandma Xu and Gu Hang trust a lot. I won’t let them down," he reaffird to himself.

"Don’t think you can scare just because you’re ugly and bloated; stop dreaming."

As soon as he finished speaking.

Lin Fan swung his sword, his speed extrely fast, with only the silver light of the sword seen flickering, as if forming a net of swords in a blink, and the next mont, Lin Fan was seen standing still with the sword in hand. Upon closer inspection, one could see a string of viscous blood slowly dripping from the tip of Frostmourne onto the ground.

Crash!

The bloated zombie shattered instantly, its body slashed into hundreds of pieces, hot chunks of flesh scattered all around.

[Killed a Spirit Zombie]

[ 2 Points]

Upon hearing the notification.

A strange type of zombie with the designation ’Spirit Zombie’, but with only 2 points and no notable peculiarities observed.

He understood what ’spirit’ ant. It’s a thought, an idea, also referred to as a mindset.

But he didn’t feel any unusual tactics from this zombie.

He didn’t dwell on it.

"All set," Grandma Xu’s voice ca from behind.

Gu Hang saw the pile of flesh before him, blinked, and was at a loss for words, only able to comnt on how impressive it was.

Lin Fan inquired about the total cost from Grandma Xu, and after learning the price, he placed the money in the cash register.

This was a purchasing trip.

He always maintained the principle of paying when buying goods.

Perhaps others found it hard to understand.

But the people in Sunshine District had co to comprehend it.

Back in the car.

Gu Hang brought two cardboard boxes from the hospital, filled with the needed dications.

Ready to leave the hospital, they heard a loud bang from the inpatient departnt, the sound of breaking glass. It was probably a zombie seeing the vehicle and jumping out of a window.

He always felt that there was sothing wrong with the zombies’ heads.

Gu Hang didn’t pay it any mind and quickly drove away.

"Lin Fan, what was that bloated zombie just now?" Gu Hang didn’t know what kind of zombie it was, he just felt an oppressive sensation.

"A Spirit Zombie."

"Spirit... Spirit?"

Gu Hang, behind the wheel, widened his eyes as if he had heard sothing terrifying. Of course, he knew what ’spirit’ ant. Zombies were already so terrifying, and now a ’spirit’ zombie had appeared; it was as if they didn’t want anyone to survive.
