The next day...
Samantha and Adam can be seen at the gate of the Batangas City, seemingly conversing with each other.
The aura was kinda dreadful too as Samantha can be seen sobbing at tis. The reason? It was because today, they had to bid farewell as they had their own path to take.
Samantha is going to continues searching for the Prodigy, while Adam has to continue doing quest and gain experience.
Soon, Samantha sideways reached out her hand, which was then accepted by Adam.
"Thanks for everything Adam, guess it's a goodbye then, .... hope we would et again", said Samantha while shaking Adam's hand
"Thanks too, hope you would finally find the Prodigy", Adam uttered
A while later, Samantha then took her step outside the Batangas City, going on her way searching for the Prodigy.
Yesterday night, Adam learned that Samantha didn't know anything about what transpired on the Dark Wolves hunting ground at all, particularly Greed and himself. Of course, he didn't ask directly and just let the chance ca forth. This finding caused him to ease up a bit as he was worried at first that Samantha knew sothing.
At last, after seeing that Samantha finally left the City, Adam went back to his room on still the sa apartnt that Troy and the gangs rent at.
"I wonder what are they doing now?", Adam thought as he reminisces the scene of his laughter with Troy and gangs, while looking at the entirety of the room.
Of course, now, Adam had to take his leave and rent another apartnt as he had to change his appearance, this was to avoid raising any suspicion and such.
Soon, after having all his things settled on the B-grade storage ring, Adam instantly went out of the room and walked towards the Western Part of the City, where the Chosen's Association Building was at.
Today, he planned on taking a quest mainly to obtain additional stat, and also, he was interested in the additional reward given that's based on the rating obtained.
He then rembered the details of the AAA-Grade item that he received on the last quest...
[ Ti Conqueror(AAA-Grade)
Description: A miscellaneous item with a ti property, giving the user a chance to conquer ti.
Effects:
: Once used, the chosen would be able to slow down or accelerate ti for 5 seconds (normal ti).
: the chosen would be able to maintain his speed movent despite the changes in ti (slow down or acceleration)
: slowed down options; 2x (10 seconds), 3x (15 seconds)
: accelerating ti options; 2x (2.5 seconds), 3x (1.67 seconds)
Note: this is a consumable item and can only be used once. ]
This is the AAA-grade item that Adam received upon completing the quest of killing Feral Ogre's.
The item was great especially the effect of slowing or accelerating ti by 2x or 3x. Thus, Adam was excited at the thought of completing the quest with an AAA-grade rating, or hopefully, SSS-grade.
He then looked at the remaining ti before doing his next quest...

Once a chosen completed a quest, there were 24 hours waiting ti before he was able to do his next quest. Also, a Chosen can accept only one quest at a ti, and cant accept two or more simultaneously.
Thus, limiting the Chosen on obtaining a quest or possible reward from it. Chosen assud that it's mainly to avoid chosen abusing quest and quests rewards which they greatly covet.
This limitation then caused so of the Chosen to clear only 2 quests a week, as clearing the quest itself took days and they also have to wait for one day before acquiring the next quest.
A night had passed since Adam's completion of his previous quest, thus he only had to wait for 9 hours more.
This ti, he planned to reserve a quest though he couldn't do it yet, as it was possible that the Chosen's Association Building was still not crowded as it was only 8:00 in the morning. He thought that at around noon, the building would be crowded as Chosen would be active that ti, thus he planned to reserve a quest now.
Soon, he managed to reach the building, and unlike before, there were fewer Chosen this ti, though the number was considerable, it was not as many as before.
At last, he was now standing on the transportation device that was a plain circular platform and was soon notified by the device...

After the announcent, Adam felt slightly dizzy as his body was transported to the first floor.
And sa as before, as soon as he opened his eyes, he saw a group of chosen that was sward on the quest area.
The 10 quest boards that were aligned on the two sides of the room, with 5 being on the left corner and 5 on the right was crowded as usual.
Thus, Adam took minutes just to managed to cram in the crowd and reach the quest board nearby.
He then picked a quest that was E-rating as it was the only quest available on the first floor.

A while later, after accepting the quest, Adam instantly left the building and went towards the 'One-fang Venomous Snake' hunting grounds.
He planned to just wait there until the quest was available to execute, as he had no other plan and also bought the necessary items anyway.
Additionally, he planned to practice his skill in the anti and he thought that monsters could be a great practice dummy.
