Death Valley! Like all places in the abyss, its entirety was filled with different dangers and horrors
Characterised by giant red sand dunes, and heaps of skeletons as for as the eye could see, nothing seed more befitting than the na 'Death Valley'
However, different from what most people might think it's nad wasn't coined ford its appearance, rather it was what gave it such a look
And this was none other than a war
Yes a huge war that shook the whole abyss floor with death valley at its centre
A few thousand years ago, two abyss demon gods fought together causing one of them to shed a drop of blood
And that blood in all its crystalline glory landed in form of a ruby-red crystal in the centre of the 567th floor
And with its appearance, whether it was those before the floor, or above the floor all abyss demons under the demon god level present felt it
An unprecedented opportunity for them to evolve
Be it the lowest abyss demons, to the highest dukes and generals, as long as it could move within the abyss all of them rushed to the 567th floor
'If I devour this I can beco a demon god!'
This was the singular thought in their minds as all of them rushed towards the blood drop
The war lasted thousands of years, blood filled the skies and screams filled the earth
Fights were going out all through the abyss as each floor had demons fighting for an evolution
However, even during all this, be it the abyss demon god who dropped the blood drop or the other abyss demon gods
None of them took any action to stop the war, rather each of them just stood aloof watching them scramble like stray cats and dogs for scraps.
Soon the ti passed, and after about two thousand years, the war finally showed signs of reaching its peak
Akazack the lord of pain and brutality
Nezran the prince of shadows
And Zenon the balrog lord of fire
These three abyss princes the most powerful figures in the abyss directly under the abyss demon gods faced each other for the final battle
With a huge army with billions of demons behind them after making that all the opposition and small fries had been completely wiped out, had finished their preparations
It is said that the war between the three of them lasted for a thousand more years with even Nezran the prince of shadows falling in the process
That ti it caused a huge shock throughout the whole abyss as abyss demons from the prince level above had been thought to be Immortal
Unfortunately, it seed that wasn't the case
Soon ti passed, and with the fall of Nezran the army behind him completely collapsed due to the tacit onslaught from both sides
Due to that, the three-way war had unknowingly turned into a two-way war with an even fiercer montumplease visit
This montum was even maintained during the final years of the battle
At that ti, the billions of demon army had been reduced to thousands, and both Zenon and Akazack were left crippled by each other
With Akazack missing his right arm and left eye and Zenon missing his left arm and right wing
Unfortunately, neither side was willing to give in, after all, both of them had offered too much to back down now.
Unfortunately, what happened next was not within anyone's expectation
Over the course of the battle, Zenon had begun to get the upper hand with Akazack slowly falling back
It wasn't until Zenon was about to land his finishing move and beco the victor that Akazack suddenly made a ruthless move
He blew himself up!
Yes he exploded, a prince level self explosion was sothing that had never been seen in both the main world of Elias and the abyss
After all, an abyss prince's power is only just below a demon god, one can imagine how powerful his self-explosion was
According to records, with himself as the centre the ten nearest layers and the ten lowest layers of the abyss to him instantly turned to dust under its pressure
And unfortunately, Zenon who was completely injured unfortunately could not block it resulting in him as well as the nearby demons being vaporised by the explosion
However, strangely enough the 567th floor where the main explosion happened was completely unaffected
So believe it was because of the drop of blood with protected the plane, while others believe it was an abyss demon God who secretly shot protecting the floor
With ti passed many rumours erged unfortunately none could be confird.
And as if to make things worse, after the explosion a few daring abyss demons once again descended into the 567th floor, sadly the blood drop couldn't be found again
No matter how much they searched, even the abyss dukes under the price couldn't sense its existence much less other lesser demons
After searching several tis and realising it was actually gone for real, the demons could only leave the place helplessly
However, in rembrance of the place where the blood drop fell, the was nad death valley
Since with its appearance, a war once again leading to the deaths of billions was bound to happen again
...…
Reading through this mory, Elric had a smile on his face
Just now after regaining control of his body, this mory appeared in his mind,
Judging from what he just experienced now, Elric could ascertain this was a side effect of defeating the heart demon
