Clapping his hands, Elric suddenly broke into a smile as a wonderful idea had co to his mind.
"That's it, from now on there are two more departnts in Hogwarts that anyone can join."
"The bloodline departure headed by George, and the Abyss departnt headed by Alvin"
"Both your departnts would be in charge of research and producing more types of your wizards respectively."
"And while you're at it, let all the students know the characteristics of each side so they don't end up regretting it later" Said Elric with an eager look on his face.
He seed to imagine a ti when the na Hogwarts spanned countless planes, with millions of different races all rushing to get into the school.
With hundreds of different departnts truly showcasing the omnipotent nature of magic.
However, Elric knew that if he wanted to achieve such a state it would require an almost unimaginable amount of ti.
Thinking of this, he decided to give them an incentive, hopefully that would be enough to speed things up.
"Okay another thing is I've decided on a new rule"
"Whoever discovers a different branch of magic as you two have would automatically beco a head teacher in charge of that departnt"
Saying this, Elric had a sly smile on his face.
Yes this was Elric's plan, rather than put sothing like physical gifts which he of course didn't have as a prize for the discovery of new branches

The position of head teacher and making them the departnt head.
Just thinking about it now, Elric could imagine the shocked expressions on their faces
Don't look at it like it's just so title, but the benefits that co with it are no joke
First off, as a departnt head, you aren't a student, rather you have beco a teacher who has the right to recruit students.
This benefit is especially appealing to those who were heads of tribes or had a position of power in their forr tribes before joining Hogwarts
As the head of the departnt, they could use this opportunity to strengthen their status by recruiting students and increasing their speaking rights.
*Although this might cause a bit of division and rise of faction, but isn't that just the goal?"
*After all, growth is most prominent in a competitive environnt*
Imagining the future faction competitions and whatnot, Elric couldn't help but be excited.
If it wasn't for the fact that there were still a lot of things that needed to be done, Elric would have added houses to the agenda
Dividing each student and teacher into houses while using a point system to make them compete against each other.
Unfortunately, given the current state of Hogwarts, if such a system was implented right now
Then the end product would be chaos rather than growth.
Now what was most important was to finish up the construction work and study more about these two new branches of wizardry.
However, what Elric didn't know was that although neither of them rejected it
But the three of them, Alvin, Davis, and George were shocked by Elric's words just now.
At first, George and Alvin were happy about having their own departnts
Obviously, it ant that their efforts to help their young master out were paying off
While Davis on the other hand, although slightly depressed made up his mind to work harder

The implentation of this new discovery new teacher system was a major threat to them.
Although it might not seem like it, but even Davis, who wasn't a departnt head, sensed the danger.

After all, if things go according to Elric's plan, there would be an influx of new teachers and departnts with the sa status as them
And if they end up having more achievents than them, Davis, Alvin, and George could already imagine themselves being forgotten by Elric.
"No! I must work hard so even if new teachers appear, I'll always be the young master's right-hand man!"
This was the common thought in three of their minds at the mont
And Elric watching their expressions turn serious had a smile on his face.
*Oh? It seems the effect has already begun to show*

Thinking of this, Ekric slowly withdrew his gaze and stopped paying attention to them.
"Alright you three, I'll leave the rest up to you"

Said Elric as he waved his hand signalling their dismissal, obviously he had nothing more to stay.
Seeing this, Davis, Avin, and George who were still in a competitive mood gave Elric a light nod, imdiately exiting the room
Leaving, the three of them couldn't wait to hurry up and make breakthroughs further centing their position in Elric's mind.
*Sigh~ still eager as ever I see, hopefully, no new trouble should pop up any ti soon"
Taking a light sigh, Elric suddenly thought about Ava,
*Haha, most likely that little fairy should be missing by now*
Thinking of his cute world spirit that liked calling him master, Elric decided to take a quick look at it while Davis and the rest were carrying out their orders
*Also while I'm at it since so many changes have occurred in the wizard system, so changes should have occurred in the small world.*
Making up his mind, Elric's mind dived deep into his soul ready to see what changes had occurred in the small world.
