Garp waved his hand dismissively, not addressing the question directly. Instead, he asked, "Koby, anything else?"
Noticing Garp's tone, Koby, sensing he was being dismissed, quickly said, "Yes! The newcors asked to relay a ssage—they want to learn Haki!"
"Oh? Eager to learn Haki already? Quite ambitious!"
Garp chuckled, then instructed, "First, teach them the Marine regulations. Also, let them know that I'll co to personally train them in ten days."
Koby, puzzled, asked, "Teacher, why wait ten days? They could morize the regulations in two or three days."
Garp, of course, wouldn't reveal that this was his way of tempering the newcors' patience.
He simply waved his hand and said, "Just follow my instructions."

Koby straightened, saluted, and left without further questions.
Ten days later, Garp arrived at the training camp, ready to train Chen Ye and Qin Muyin.
The soldiers in the camp weren't surprised by Garp's arrival.
After all, that bald newcor was absurdly strong!
Only a top-tier fighter like Garp could guide him properly.

Garp said honestly, "The only Haki I can teach you is Armant Haki. Observation and Conqueror's Haki have to be self-realized; I can't help you with those."
"That's more than enough," Chen Ye replied, as his main goal was to learn Armant Haki.
Garp suddenly grinned and said, "Kid, to learn Armant Haki, you need a powerful physique. Are you ready for that?"
Chen Ye countered, "I'm not sure what level would be considered ready."
Garp extended his hand, "Use all your strength and give a handshake!"
Chen Ye smiled, extended his hand, and grasped Garp's.
Both exerted their strength simultaneously!
"Creak—"
Imdiately, the friction between their hands produced a bone-chilling sound, a testant to the intense pressure generated by their imnse power.
The next mont—
"Crack!"
The ground beneath them split in a large radius, with the cracks radiating outward from where they stood, as though two mountains were colliding.
The spectators around them were startled and quickly backed away.
"Hmm?"
Garp's expression turned to one of surprise, his eyes suddenly becoming sharp and focused.
He hadn't expected this bald kid to possess such incredible physical strength.
That brat Mouse... if it weren't for his own strength, he might have been fooled!
According to Vice Admiral Mouse's report, the girl supposedly t the standard for admiral-level strength, while this bald one had "vice admiral-level strength with imnse potential."
