Because the situation in the Middle East Region is considerably better than anticipated, Fla Country decided to adopt a different strategy for constructing the Middle East defense line.
Originally, Fla Country planned to send construction teams and workers from ho to undertake the project. However, since there are still ten million people in the Middle East Region, it’s only natural to utilize these people.
Thus, what was initially a defense line entirely built by Fla Country workers beca a project where Fla Country sent technical engineers while the workforce from the Middle East Region carried out the construction.

Through Kazakhstan, Fla Country opened up a railway to the Middle East Region and began transporting construction teams, engineering machinery, and a large volu of supplies there.
With both countries ramping up efforts, local official agencies in the Middle East Region naturally did not dare to slack off. In addition to deploying all their available military forces to the Aleppo Region, they also started organizing local labor to collaborate with construction teams from both countries.
Despite the slow progress due to long-term malnutrition and the locals’ unfamiliarity with construction work, the construction of the Middle East defense line was comncing as planned.

During the alien creature invasion, the shelter was abandoned by Chen Xin, and the original Research Center was then turned into the military’s front-line command center.
With the war finished, though a rapid reaction force was still required to counter potential alien resurgence at Dongting Lake Region, the front-line command center was no longer necessary.
Once the military withdrew most of its troops from Dongting Lake Region, the area was returned to Chen Xin’s departnt.
