Fla Country’s aid to Lucia in reconstructing shelters mainly focuses on so equipnt and scarce materials.
For example, the geothermal heat pumps used in the shelters are the sa as the core of the Energy Tower and were airlifted from Fla Country, and so of the insulation materials used in construction also rely on aid from Fla Country.
Of course, the amount of this construction material aid is not much, as the cargo capacity of airplanes is precious, and it’s impossible to airlift a large quantity of building materials. Only scarce materials and related equipnt are transported by plane.
Besides airplanes, Fla Country is also considering opening up a railway line from dostically to Lucia.

With thousands of kiloters of journey, even if a nuclear-powered train could travel this far, the maintenance of the tracks would still be a big problem.
So, although the Fla Country is considering this matter, and Lucia is actively cooperating and making efforts, ensuring smooth railway transportation remains a matter far from being realized.

However, this does not significantly impact Chen Xin. The upgrades to the Weather Controller have dostic support, and any materials or parts needed can be guaranteed to be delivered promptly. Even if sothing is temporarily in short supply, dispatching a plane is not out of the question.
Regarding the upgrades to the Weather Controller, because of dostic support, the progress of the upgrades is smooth even without Chen Xin’s involvent this ti.
Parts that had issues in two previous tests have been replaced, and so parts, although unproblematic but old and not replaced during the last two upgrades by Chen Xin, have been replaced this ti as well.
Moreover, for the core parts, the staff collaborated with people dostically to draft a new structure plan, intending to comprehensively replace the core parts of the Weather Controller.
After replacent, the core will have higher energy conversion efficiency and load capacity, withstand higher current inputs, and convert more energy.

However, after deliberation and consideration, the dostic side still chose to let dostic factories produce them.
Chen Xin could sowhat guess the dostic side’s considerations, so he didn’t comnt much on this matter, especially since his initial plan was to let the staff complete all the work. He didn’t intend to intervene with system upgrades.
Apart from these, the researchers in charge of chemical agents are also attempting to improve the formulas left by the Lucians.
After all, previous experints showed that chemical agents work best in environnts above zero degrees, but in the current climate, achieving temperatures above zero is difficult, so improving chemical agents to work below zero degrees has beco a necessary attempt.
On this matter, Chen Xin did not intervene; he rely improved the special shell structure to facilitate better diffusion of the chemical agents inside.
According to Chen Xin’s estimates, if no accidents occur and the dostic parts can be delivered on ti, with their current progress, they can complete all modifications and start the third Weather Controller test in about a month.
After the third test, Chen Xin will use the system upgrade again.
This upgrade, Chen Xin plans to adjust the Weather Controller to be effective in the current climate.
This is not an easy task because, under the current circumstances, the environntal temperature in any region on Blue Star is several tens of degrees below zero. In regions like Lucia, which are close to the frigid zone, temperatures have dropped to over a hundred degrees below zero. Making the Weather Controller effective in this environnt indeed would only be possible with the black technology powered by the system upgrade.
After all, in this current environnt, trying to increase a region’s temperature to above zero would be easier by dropping a nuclear bomb.
Of course, that would not be controlling the weather but directly creating a disaster.
A completely uncontrollable nuclear explosion cannot be used as a ans of weather adjustnt.
Although a nuclear explosion can release vast energy, producing enough heat in a very short ti in the explosion area, it can’t significantly impact the weather.
Unless the yield is sufficient and the explosion thod used is an airburst to directly blow open the dust in the atmosphere.
However, this is rely conjecture. Not to ntion the radiation issues from airburst nuclear explosions, even using relatively cleaner hydrogen bombs to blow open the atmosphere would require a nuclear yield even more exaggerated than the Tsar Bomb.
The impact of such an intense nuclear explosion is sothing no one can predict.
So, it remains a fantasy, and no one would really attempt it.
Compared to dispersing atmospheric dust with a nuclear explosion shock wave, waiting for natural dust settlent is much more feasible.
In fact, if it weren’t for the sudden eruption of the Toba Volcano, which lifted a massive amount of volcanic ash and eruptions, the dust in the atmosphere should have settled sowhat by now, and the sky might have regained so visibility.
