Chapter 647: 345 The Second Gate Fragnt_1

This move is one of the Eye Demon’s hidden cards, the culminating work of decades of swordsmanship, perford without the aid of any external powers.

Abyssal Annihilation is not intent on creating widespread destruction; rather, it focuses its energy on a single target. It combines the user’s Qi, the light projected from the sword, and the energy contained within the Spiral Eyed Sword to form a stable, yet potent killer strike with devastating single-target damage!

Whoosh!

The Eye Domain disappeared, and ti flow returned to normal.

The Eye Demon had launched his Abyssal Annihilation. A terrifying shriek echoed in the air as it tore. The Sword Light, potent enough to easily slice through refined iron, headed straight towards the charging Casio.

The sword tip spat out a spiral-shaped black fla, concealing terrifying energy.

Even top-level fighters of the sa grade would likely choose to montarily evade such attack. After all, this was a lethal secret technique, a hidden card used by a high-grade opponent. To take it head-on would surely result in injury, perhaps even severe injury.

If they were to make the rational choice, they would initially dodge this attack and then partner up to tackle the Eye Demon. However, complete evasion was impossible. At most, they would endure so minor injuries from the aftermath of the attack rather than face a severe injury from an aggressive counter-attack. This is precisely the outco the Eye Demon sought.

If it managed to push one away, it would have so leeway. Just dealing with Grim Reaper Amos in the short term, the Eye Demon had a chance to escape. After all, his first priority in practicing the Secret Sword Technique was to hone his swordsmanship, with speed as the secondary priority.

Hence, with the right opportunity, there was still hope to turn things around.

Generally, if two top-level fighters were to gang up on another top-level fighter, it would be easy to defeat them, but much harder to kill them. If they were determined to leave, they could escape at so expense.

However, the Eye Demon’s current situation was rather unique.

One of the top fighters was Amos, who wielded the special weapon Gale Silk and had strong binding and obstacle abilities.

The other was Casio, who turned out to be a close-range fighter with a strong constitution. Even though he had the build of a bulky guy with bulging muscles, his speed and strength were unparalleled.

The Eye Demon had analyzed all of this during the ti of reflection provided by the Eye Domain.

The Demon knew it could not let Casio get close and had to maintain a dium to long distance. However, Grim Reaper Amos, manipulating the silk thread, stood as a deterrent. The characteristics of the two sowhat complent each other.

As long as he was caught in Amos’s Heavenly Net Earth Cage, constrained within a small space, and Casio, the muscle-bound beast, was released…

Wouldn’t that be a deathmatch in close-quarters combat?!

Eye Demon glanced at Casio’s terrifying 2.5m stature and massive shoulders and fists, the size of car tires. It was certain that it would be crushed, even if the Spiral Eyed Sword was in hand.

The logic in his mind was very clear.

First, he would launch his most potent individual attack, the Abyssal Annihilation, and repel the charging Casio. Then, he would turn around, energy exploded, and escape, fending off Amos’s silk thread. In this process, he would certainly end up with nurous injuries. He had to protect his vital organs and joints. Once he had escaped the range of the park covered by Amos’s Gale Silk, he would have the opportunity to manoeuver.

And, of course, if he’s really backed into a corner, he still had the Shard Secret thod.

The Eye Demon’s thoughts whirred. His arms swept sideways after delivering the strike. His entire body shifted its centre of gravity. He dashed on the ground and sprinted towards the park’s exterior as though he was flying.

Objects on both sides of the road seed to retreat at high speed under the cloak of night. The Eye Demon hurtled like an arrow, his black cloak almost stretched into a straight horizontal line parallel to the ground.

Clang, rumble, rumble, rumble!

A gigantic sound of tallic clashing echoed from the back, like two speeding trucks colliding. The high-frequency sound waves hurt his eardrums. A series of explosions followed when the intense Sword Light burst.

The significant air wave filled with debris and expanded instantaneously, scattering in all directions. Amidst the sound of rustling leaves, the Eye Demon could hear the sounds of cutting air. Those were the tallic Cutting Wires!

“Here they co!”

His back tensed, causing the veins on his palm, tightly gripping the hilt of the Spiral Eyed Sword, to bulge, whitening his knuckles.

“Secret thod, Heart Pupil Reflection!”

Swish, swish, swish!

The Eye Demon’s joints flexed and revolved, brandishing the massive Spiral Eyed Sword with remarkable speed. As a seasoned master of Kendo, he managed to make the massive 1.8-ter cross sword seem as light as a leaf, guided by subtle movents of his wrist and hand.

The sword’s tip, edge, body, back, hilt, and even the two straight tal branches serving as handguards, could all be used as parts of his defense. Eye Demon acted as if he had eyes on the back of his head, accurately detecting the angle, position, and force of every incoming Silk Thread. With a thought, the Spiral Eyed Sword in his hand whirred around and slashed towards it.

All his movents flowed together seamlessly, like a clear stream of water.

Clusters of golden red sparks constantly burst on the large sword whirling around Eye Demon, standing out against the dim black night.

“Whoosh!” “Whoosh!” “Whoosh!”

There were too many tallic Cutting Wires, they were everywhere on the path. They were buried in the earth, wrapped around flower beds, nailed into tree trunks, or tied around street lamps. As Eye Demon passed these areas, the wires would tremble lightly and suddenly shoot out, whipping viciously towards him, like a whip.
