Chapter 1241: Our will, forever undying (4100)
Extre Fist practitioners harbor energy within, see nothing else but their forms and boxing thods. To Casio, Extre Fist corresponds to an aloof personality, clearly revealing the traits of this ultimate path. Extre self-discipline, extre self-cultivation, changes in the external environnt, no matter how harsh, could not affect the existence of Extre Fist. This represents a realm, and similarly, a way to thoroughly follow the path.
Therefore, the cultivators of the Extre Fist Path, who want to align their state with that realm and grasp the heart of Extre Fist, the simplest and most direct thod is—Asceticism! Or to elaborate a bit, painful cultivation.
In the most severe, most dangerous, and most unsettling places in the world, they cultivate for long periods. They train themselves to be covered in scars, spent and battered, yet they never stop. Until they are neither pleased by external joys nor saddened by personal sorrows. In that dreadful environnt, they remain as serene as still water, even ignoring the pain and trials they face.
As if they had beco an eternal block of profound ice, permanently standing and existing.
This indeed is the true aning of Immortal Asceticism.
Compared to the cultivation thods of Saint Fist and Tyrant Fist, Extre Fist places a greater emphasis on self, on refining one’s own spirit and physical body. Infinite surging power is derived from within oneself, independent of others and the environnt!
Casio was comprehending the information about Immortal Asceticism. He felt it could mainly be split into two aspects according to its literal aning: asceticism and immortality. Simply put, it ant voluntarily entering those dreadful and dangerous environnts to temper one’s body and mind. Most importantly, one must not die.
A living ascetic can beco the bearer of the heart of Extre Fist.
Thinking of this, Casio looked down at his own muscular and powerful body, his strong arms. This body of his had reached the level of a Dark Ultimate Level demon, how could it die? To be immortal and indestructible, that was ant to describe beings like the Dark Ultimate Entities, and so were the demon idols. Immortal Asceticism, he could easily manage the first part. As for asceticism, that was sowhat troubleso.
What kind of environnt could adversely affect a demon body of the Dark Ultimate Level? Magma? Deserts? Ice abyss? Deep sea? It seed none would work, the Real World had nothing that the demon bodies would fear. Then it would have to be the World of Calamities, and Casio imdiately thought of a few suitable places.
The key factor lay in the Calamity Source Spring.
So Calamity Source Springs would form extrely special terrains with so of the harsh environnts of the World of Calamities, creating spots of extre conditions.
For instance, the Devil Lake where White Bird Moon Killing God occurred.
Or, the Deep Sea Abyss that contains special curse powers.
Beyond these, there were places like the River of Sin and the Valley of the Trees.
The World of Calamities was already a world with harsh conditions and considerable danger. These places were even more severe, even more perilous. Even a Dark Ultimate Entity, if it didn’t utilize its power and allowed itself to be hard by the environnt, would probably suffer tornt. Casio’s demon body, to complete Immortal Asceticism, would have to head to these places.
However, the blessing and curse were interdependent, as these places were extrely dangerous, but the efficiency and effect of Immortal Asceticism they brought could also be unmatched. After all, cultivators of the Extre Fist Path who still remained at the Ultimate Fighter realm quite lacked the strength to venture to these truly terrifying forbidden zones of life. The level of danger in their cultivation environnts paled in comparison to the likes of Devil Lake that Casio would later visit.
“Three Fists Combine, I look forward to that day…”
In the circular hall, Casio’s eyes flickered, the Spirit Rune on his chest slightly glowing and heating up, slowly turning. The massive Essence of Calamity that ca with the fall of the Lord of Hong Light continued to be stored inside, waiting for a suitable mont to evolve the three major ntal thods to their ultimate stages.
Unification of Personalities.
“The Miracle Garden indeed hides many secrets, what role did the ancient Oyon Civilization play during the invasion of the Calamities? Were they a super ancient civilization born in this world? Or, sothing else…”
Having seen the previous Southern Dipper Star Map and the Sculpture group of the Dark Ultimate Entities, Casio had already faintly sensed the extraordinariness of the Oyon Civilization.
He was not originally from this world, but had arrived in the Hong Li Federation with his inherent Retrospection talent. Thus, Casio’s thoughts and perspectives needed to be more open. He thought, perhaps the Oyon Civilization, like the invading Calamities, ca from beyond this realm? From a place not of this planet…
But without solid evidence right now, Casio could not be sure.
He pondered in place for a while, then continued deeper into the interior of the Miracle Garden. This movable massive Building complex ford a system of its own, with an overall structure and layout not too different from the Oyon Ruins. Liberal oval passages sprawled out, occasionally revealing halls and other buildings.
In these key buildings Casio could obtain so useful information.
He moved forward without encountering any obstacles, probably due to the influence of the previous Blood Eye Ceremony perford by the Door Organization, and the Miracle Garden had not yet recovered. Passing several key points, Casio suddenly halted his steps.
Before him, clearly was a circular cavity-like hall, where the light was dim. On the smooth, radian walls, dense star maps layered over top one another, forming a giant starry sky network. An inexplicable gray-black fog covered the surface of the walls, enveloping the entire starry network.
Within the gray-black fog, only the twinkling lights of these stars could shine through, bringing with them the last glimrs of hope. Casio glanced over, and clearly saw the star maps of the previous Southern Dipper Star Region.
