The sun hung low in the sky, casting a golden glow over the park.
He turned to leave, but the soft, hesitant voice of Lisa stopped him in his tracks.
"Excuse ... Senpai," Lisa called out, her voice tinged with nervousness. "Could you wait for a mont?"
Standing before him was Lisa, her youthful features a blend of curiosity and determination.
Her black hair fell in soft waves around her shoulders, and her bright eyes sparkled with a mix of admiration and uncertainty.
Lisa hesitated before speaking, her hands clasped tightly. "Can I ask you sothing? How did you get your powers?"
Adam’s brows furrowed slightly, caught off guard by her question. It wasn’t sothing he’d deeply thought about before.
mories surfaced—vivid and unsettling. He rembered the day the asteroid descended from the sky, crashing with a force that should have obliterated him. Instead, it had left him altered, forever changed.
"I think it was a teorite," Adam said thoughtfully, his voice steady but distant. "It collided with . That’s how I think it started."
Lisa’s eyes widened in recognition, and she interrupted, "A teorite? That’s strange because... on the day I got my powers, I saw sothing similar—a streak of light falling from the sky."
Adam’s eyes narrowed in disbelief. Could it be? he thought. I always assud that asteroid was unique to ... Was it not?
A tense silence hung between them as both considered the implications. Adam broke it, his voice laced with curiosity. "Do you see... a window?"
Lisa tilted his head, confused. "A window?"
"You know, like a purple-colored window with information or... anything unusual?" Adam elaborated.
Lisa shook her head. "No, nothing like that. My powers don’t work that way."
"Then how do you use your abilities?" Adam asked, intrigued.
Lisa’s cheeks flushed as she explained. "I just... touch things. I focus on what I want them to beco, and they change. But it’s never permanent."
"How long do the changes last?" Adam pressed, his analytical mind eager to understand.
Lisa thought for a mont. "It depends. If I make a big change, the object reverts back in a few hours. But if the transformation is minor, it can last for days, maybe even a week."
Adam folded his arms, impressed despite himself. "That’s not a bad ability. In fact, with the right approach, it could be incredibly useful."
Adm smiled but quickly changed the subject. "Wait... were you at the bakery earlier?"
Adam smirked. "Yes, I saw you there."
Lisa’s face lit up with realization. "Oh, I was turning so plain cakes into more... extravagant ones to sell. That must’ve been when you saw ."
"That’s clever," Adam said, genuinely impressed. "You’re already using your power creatively."
Lisa’s face turned a light shade of pink. "Thank you... for noticing."
Adam’s gaze softened for a mont before he spoke again, his tone more serious. "But you could take it further."
"Further? What do you an?" Lisa asked, her curiosity piqued.
Adam’s eyes glinted with a hint of mischief. "Think about it. What if you used your ability to transform sothing small—like a $1 bill—into a $50 or $100 bill? The properties aren’t too different, right?"
Lisa blinked, stunned by the suggestion. "But isn’t that... fraud?"
Adam shrugged. "If it’s to help your family, I wouldn’t call it wrong. Sotis, you have to prioritize survival."
Lisa hesitated, clearly conflicted. "But still..."
Adam’s voice grew firm. "Lisa, in this world, you have to look out for yourself. If you have a gift, use it to make your life and your family’s life better. Don’t let guilt hold you back."
Lisa looked at him, her eyes reflecting a mix of admiration and doubt. Finally, she nodded. "Alright, Senpai. I’ll try."
Adam gave her an approving nod. "Good. But rember, this isn’t without its challenges. There’s always a limit."
"What kind of limit?" Lisa asked.
"You ntioned you can only use your power a few tis a day before feeling exhausted," Adam reminded her. "That’s because your body isn’t strong enough to handle it."
Lisa’s face fell. "So... what should I do?"
"Simple," Adam replied. "You need to train. Improve your physical condition. The stronger your body is, the more you’ll be able to use your powers."
Lisa’s eyes lit up with hope. "So, if I exercise and get stronger, I’ll be able to do more?"
Adam nodded. "Exactly. But it’ll take patience and discipline. Are you willing to put in the effort?"
Lisa straightened her posture, determination shining in her eyes. "I’ll do it."
Adam smiled faintly beneath his mask. "Good. Then I’m counting on you."

As the conversation wound down, Adam glanced at the sky. "It’s getting late. I should head ho."
Lisa gave a small bow of gratitude. "Thank you, Senpai, for all your advice and guidance. I didn’t know where to start, but now... I feel like I have a plan."
Adam smiled, a rare softness in his deanor. "Don’t worry. If you’re ever in trouble, call or just shout my na. I’ll co, no matter what."
Adam "And try to keep your power hidden from people as much as possible."
Lisa’s cheeks turned a deep shade of red, and she looked away bashfully. "Thank you... But why are you helping so much? You don’t even know ."
"I have told you before that you are just like , that is why I feel very good in helping you"Adam says while laughing
Lisa tilted her head, a playful glint in her eyes. "Senpai, it’s nice to et you."
"Is that so?" Adam said with mild surprise. "Well, Lisa, take care of yourself. And rember, keep your powers a secret."
Lisa nodded earnestly. "I will. Thank you again, Senpai."
Adam turned and walked away.
Lisa watched him go, her heart light yet contemplative. She pulled out her phone, glancing at the number she had saved earlier.
"I hope I see you again, Senpai," she whispered, tucking her phone back into her bag before heading ho, her resolve stronger than ever.
