Yet, the realization of this hope also required Li Songhua to overco a difficult obstacle. The Li Henian in front of him and the zombies outside gathering for a revolt posed a formidable challenge, causing both n to fall silent for a mont.

"What?" Li Songhua was greatly alard. He could not believe that Su Sigui would co here. The entire situation felt surreal to him. He thought he would never cross paths with Su Sigui, yet here she was, so close to him!
It was like watching a famous celebrity on television before the Apocalypse, knowing that you’d never have the chance to et them. But then, one day, that celebrity unexpectedly ca seeking him, creating a feeling of absurdity, as if he was in a dream.
"No good, I can’t let her in, she must be here for !" The man surnad Yang shuddered, a deep fear flashed in his eyes. Thinking of Su Sigui’s terrifying power, his mind went blank, his body felt as though it was plunged into an icy pit!
Hearing his words, Li Songhua also panicked, instinctively assuming that Su Sigui was here to find the man surnad Yang, and then kill him! This collaboration was their lifeline, if one of them died, the other would lose all hope!
Li Songhua didn’t believe that Su Sigui was coming to help him.

Upon hearing his question, Li Songhua ca to his senses and said hurriedly, "Yes, yes, follow ."
With that, he rushed towards a bookshelf in a few steps, fumbling to remove the books, presumably searching for sothing.
However, it was all too late. Due to his panic or perhaps so other reasons, Li Songhua couldn’t find what he was looking for.
"Damn it, not on this shelf, it should be on this one!" He cursed and moved his focus to the next shelf. But before his hand could touch the first book, a clear female voice rang out from outside.
"Li Songhua, do you want to open the door yourself or shall I break it down?" The voice from outside was sharp, yet without any emotions, making it all the more terrifying.
No one inside the room answered. They doubted whether the other party had X-ray vision or could sohow tell there were people inside. What if it was just a bluff?
Therefore, Li Songhua and the man surnad Yang exchanged glances, froze in place, as if ti had stopped.
Observing their behavior, the mysterious masked man was initially puzzled, but then recalled the solid door they’d entered through and grew thoughtful. However, an idea soon struck him and he quickly turned to face the two n.
"Su Sigui? That sounds familiar."
Neither man responded to his query, their eyes glued to the door. Upon hearing his words, their hearts pounded violently, filled with anxiety.
Seeing their reactions, the man behind the mask narrowed his eyes. The more he thought about the na ’Su Sigui’, the more familiar it seed. At first, he thought it was simply these two n’s nesis, but seeing their fear, he started to reconsider.
He recalled a prominent figure from S Province bearing the surna ’Su’, whose na was a nightmare for many. He vaguely rembered sothing, and his gaze flashed as he asked again, "Su Sigui, she’s one of your Level 6 New Humans in S Province, isn’t she?"
The chaos outside quieted down, and only the masked man’s questioning voice filled the room. Yet, no one responded.
The atmosphere was strange and mysterious. The masked man felt a chill in his heart. He could now understand the fear these two n were feeling. Having a Level 6 New Human coming to kill you and even now standing outside the door, how could they not be afraid?
His own body stiffened as he slowly turned around, his gaze focusing on the door.
Bang!
Suddenly, a loud noise reverberated through the room. The fifty-milliter-thick door made of H-beams trembled, a fist-sized imprint had appeared on it.
"Li Songhua, it seems like I’ll have to break down the door."
Su Sigui’s sneering voice echoed from the other side.
