Tang Ye nonchalantly said, waiting for the transformations of the motorbike gang mbers.
The gang mbers who had been touched by the clones started wailing on the ground. Their screams of agony turned into suppressed groans and their writhing bodies slowly cald down. Their bodies were changing; their muscles were swelling like inflated balloons. With their clothes being stretched by the muscles, red blood veins popped up on their skins, slowly turning silver.
Two or three minutes later, all the gang mbers had turned into four-ter-tall, dark silver creatures with black pupils and red eyes, exuding the aura of Level 3 zombies!
"Perfect!"
Tang Ye clapped his hands and asked Niu Xiaosan, "Where are the Chen brothers?"
"Lord Zombie King is looking for them?"
Niu Xiaosan was taken aback before a strange look flashed in his eyes. He was curious about how the scene would play out if the brutal Chen brothers clashed with the Zombie King!
Tang Ye nodded. Since he couldn’t find Qiongli and had no idea where she was, searching aimlessly might not be helpful. It would be better to deal with the one who tried to control him first!
"I’ll take you there."
As Niu Xiaosan prepared to get in the car, he glanced at the supplies around and after so thought, he said, "Wait a minute, my lord." He then carried a large pile of food that the gang had loaded onto their bikes before he drove contentedly to the highway entrance.
"My lord, it’s strange. The Chen brothers, Chen Zhouquan and Chen Zhou’an, are both Level 4 New Humans. However, Chen Zhou’an seems like a dead man, without the aura of a New Human. Besides, they even eat humans. Gee, if not for their ability to talk, we would doubt if they were humans."
"They eat humans?"
"Yeah, but only won. And Chen Zhou’an especially likes virgins, he just eats them..."
"So, do you think they’re human?"
"I don’t know, who in the gang dares to say anything about the Chen brothers."
Tang Ye flexed his fingers making a cracking sound, his eyes slightly squinted as if he was speculating about the Chen brothers.
Eating people? As a New Human without the New Human aura, isn’t that a zombie?
When he was in Level 2, Tang Ye had disguised as a human wearing a mask and colored contact lenses. Without any deliberate observation by alert people, he seed just like a human, except for the lack of a human’s aura.
The pair conversed intermittently as the car got onto the highway. All of a sudden, the consciousness that had been surrounding Tang Ye vanished. A mont ago, the Zombie Dragon sent a ssage that soone was trying to control it, but it seed like they had not succeeded, so they had given up.
He glanced back. A dozen Silver Armor Zombies were following him, but Tang Ye only asked them to follow him, without deliberately taking care of them.
Now, Tang Ye had called on the Silver Armor Evil Spirit Zombies in Jinhe City to join him. In so ways, Tang Ye was like a master to these infected Silver Armor Zombies. They could sense Tang Ye’s location anyti and anywhere, and Tang Ye could also sense their locations, just like the connection between Tang Ye and Ah Fu.
...This is a cute dividing line.
Strong wind shook the withered branches, heavy snow painted the earth a frosty white, and the turning car wheels kicked up large chunks of snow, covering the leading car in a thick layer of snow. The sky was dreary with heavy dark clouds, the frigid temperature had Niu Xiaosan sneezing from ti to ti.
The headlights illuminated the snowflakes falling in the darkness. Tang Ye kicked away a lump of snow, revealing a frozen stiff corpse. It was dressed in layers of clothes.
He accidentally saw a tallic shell. Tang Ye exhaled a puff of white vapor and threw the cigarette butt in his hand to the side. Then he reached out for the tal shell.
"It’s a cellphone," Tang Ye muttered. He pressed the power button and the phone still had power. The screen was spotted, possibly due to water damage, but the ti and date were displayed on the top right corner.
It was the last day of the third year of the Black Rain Era. Now it was 9:37, and in three hours, it would be the start of the fourth year.
Tang Ye couldn’t use the phone because it was locked. After checking the ti, he threw the phone aside. Then, he dragged out the corpse from the snow, frisked it all over without finding any wounds. It seed like the person had frozen to death.
The snow this year ca later than last year, but it was much colder. Last winter, the lowest temperature was about negative seven or eight degrees Celsius, but this year it had dropped past negative ten degrees Celsius.
During the peculiar apocalypse, in the freezing winter Tang Ye saw profuse vegetation on the tree his gaze landed upon, as if it was still sumr.
Tang Ye found a large tree and yanked it out by the roots. Perhaps it was his lucky day as he found a green Evolution Crystal beneath it.
"Aww, aweso!"
With a smile, Tang Ye tossed the Evolution Crystal into his mouth like a bean. Then he looked back at the path behind, and seeing so gigantic figures rushing over here, he asked Niu Xiaosan, "Done yet?"
"Not yet, my lord. In this snowy environnt the car slides and the brake system is broken."
The frustrated voice of Niu Xiaosan ca from underneath the car. The damn heavy snow had caused ice to form on the ground and the car skidded while driving. Niu Xiaosan had been pressing the brake all the way, resulting in the brake being worn out now.
"You useless thing."
Tang Ye walked over, intending to pull out Niu Xiaosan in exasperation. Niu Xiaosan was startled, "No, my lord, help remove the wheel hub."
"Which one?"
"The front wheel on your left."
"This one?"
"Yes."
"Take it off?"
"Yeah, Yeah!"
"Alright!"
Bang!
"No, what..."
Niu Xiaosan crawled out from under the car, looking at Tang Ye despairingly. In Tang Ye’s hand was a wheel of the SUV, but the other side, which had been attached to the drive shaft, was now separated from the vehicle body.
The air between the two suddenly felt awkward.
"You told to take it off," Tang Ye looked at Niu Xiaosan then at the wheel in his hand. After so thought, he threw the wheel away. So now the car was completely damaged.
"My lord, what are we going to do now..." Niu Xiaosan attempted to say sothing when suddenly a beam of light shone from far away. He instinctively covered his eyes. Tang Ye followed the light and saw a truck approaching from the distance followed by several cars ford into a convoy.
"Grab your guns, get ready to rob!"
"Alright!"
Niu Xiaosan took two guns from the car and handed one to Tang Ye. However, Tang Ye didn’t take it. He thought, why would an entity like him need a gun? He then hid behind the car, holding two guns and waited for the convoy to get closer.
