Their arrival schedule varied: sotis in the morning, sotis at noon or in the afternoon, and sotis late into the night. But the constant arrivals as sure as clockwork.
After about a week, Li Songhua began to sense sothing unusual from the frequent reports. The Peace Party, which previously didn’t seem inclined to recruit, had seen a drastic surge in its numbers.
Among the newly arrived survivors, there had been two Level 4 New Humans. One was nad Huang Quanjiu, and the other was Ruan Chao’en.
At first, only people wildly entered, but later they started bringing in large amounts of supplies. Any attempt by the soldiers to inspect their loads was blocked by Red Scimitar Monster, a Level 4 New Human of the Peace Party, who would then swagger into the base.
Because of this, Li Songhua strengthened the registration procedure at the gate, replacing ordinary people with New Humans. Although they were only Level 1 and Level 2, it gave people a lot more security.
But there was more to it than that. Every day new faces would arrive, sotis more than a hundred, sotis only a dozen, all bringing large amounts of supplies.
Once, a Level 2 New Human turned away a group of new faces led by a Level 2 New Human. However, an appearance by the Level 6 New Human "Butcher" from the Peace Party, who ruthlessly killed the Level 2 New Human.

Because of his violent thods, people started calling Ah Fu the Butcher after observing the aftermath of his purges. This presented the second exhibition of this "Level 6 New Human’s" terrifying power!
Moreover, every ti a new face entered Qinshan Base, a new mber would join the Peace Party, which was suspicious. But then, what could be done with re suspicion?
With two Level 6 New Humans among them, one was powerful enough to terrify the mightiest figures in Qinshan Base! Not to ntion the president of the Peace Party, his ability was evident in his power to subdue others of the sa level.
What Li Songhua found hard to accept was, the uniforms worn by the Peace Party mbers. Their actions had crossed his bottom line. Among the heads of any base, the uniform is a symbol of a dominant force, no violation would be tolerated, violators will be destroyed even it costs everything!
Yet, Peace Party mbers brazenly wore uniforms. Although these uniforms didn’t belong to any known bases, they gave a feeling of discontent, as if a thorn was burrowing into the heart.
Because of the Butcher’s actions, the Peace Party’s territory had expanded to more than four tis its original size, with the inhabitants viewing it as a haven from the 906 Treaty. This left soldiers powerless.
The Peace Party had a mandate prohibiting killing in their territory. Previously, people wouldn’t know if soone were killed out of sight, but under the drastic increase of Peace Party mbers patrolling their expanded territory, it beca much harder to conduct illicit activities unnoticed.
In the past, Li Songhua offered many gifts to Li Henian to create a mirage of friendly relations, including various firearms production lines, Yajin, and synthesized nutrients. When the Shiwuguan Base relocated, they naturally put these resources to use, giving the Peace Party the capacity to replenish its resources.
With the Peace Party’s expansion and protection of the survivors, many skirmishes occurred between the Peace Party soldiers and the Qinshan soldiers, with losses and victories on both sides.
However, what was particularly disturbing was the ferocity of the Peace Party soldiers. They charged in every battle, unleashing bullets as if cost was no object.
