The tone of conversation between the two was hostile, a chilling hostility brewing between them. At this ti, the chas and helicopters converge, fully surrounding Su Sigui and her group.

The friction between the blade and the sheath created dazzling sparks. The blade was drawn, twirled in hand, the gears on its hilt spun rapidly. As the gears turned, the blade of Su Sigui’s sword moved from front to back.
Her body twisted in sync with the blade’s movent. The spinning gears propelled the blade while simultaneously sucking in air. Due to the sudden increase of pressure inside the blade and the mix of chanised components, the captured air seed to ignite.
With each swing of the blade, the air trapped within was violently expelled towards the blade’s edge, where all the power gathered to form an overwhelming force!
Woosh!
A piercing whistle echoed through the air. The soldiers in the chas and helicopters, along with Wen Yixian, all stared wide-eyed.
They witnessed a terrifying scene. The mont Su Sigui swung her sword, a semi-circular white mist ford at the blade’s edge, holding trendous power that tore through everything behind her!
Boom...
Several thundering noises erupted, and the nearest chas and helicopters to Su Sigui exploded. Those farther away were blasted back several ters. While they didn’t explode, their front armors were visibly distorted.
"Retreat!"
Knowing that she wouldn’t be able to withstand the Concentrated Energy Cannon’s power, Su Sigui swiftly disappeared to the right after releasing her blade energy.
"Where do you think you’re going?!" Wen Yixian shouted, raising her Concentrated Energy Cannon to attack. But all she heard was the sound of gears turning again. Su Sigui slashed another wave of blade energy. This one was far thinner than the previous, but it was enough to shock Wen Yixian.
By the ti she turned to dodge and looked back, Su Sigui and her group had already escaped far out of sight.
"Fire!"
Zzzt~ Boom!
A chunky beam of light fell from the sky. A massive aircraft hovered in the air, its enormous cannon aid straight at Su Sigui, unleashing a shot.
"Damn it!"
Cursing inwardly, Su Sigui resented Wen Yulong. Sitting high and mighty, he would never tolerate anyone threatening his position, and right now, Su Sigui was that threat!
Since Su Sigui is too strong, eliminating this threat would require nurous contributing factors. But now, for the sake of acquiring the Energy Crystal, she’s provided Wen Yulong with such an opportunity. How could he possibly let it slip?
With countless drones rising from the ground and the looming threat of the beam cannon attack, she had no choice but to focus on evasion. Her sharp reflexes allowed her to dodge instinctively at the first hint of danger, with Xu Tianyu following suit, both darting in different directions.
Unfortunately, the remaining three Level 5 New Humans weren’t as lucky. Their powers were forcibly evolved through the consumption of the Evolution Crystal Core, so their reflexes and cognitive abilities remained at Level 3.
The mont the beam struck down, the three let out dreadful screams. A halo of red light radiated from their location, slowly corroding their bodies.
In the end, not a trace was left! The three Level 5 New Humans, seen as gods by ordinary people, were so easily annihilated!
Onlookers watched dumbfounded. These were Level 5 New Humans!
They initially thought that Level 5 New Humans were sturdy enough to remain unscathed in a nuclear explosion, but now, right before their eyes, three Level 5 New Humans were laid to waste!
The craft that had been hovering overhead hesitated for only a mont before following Su Sigui.
"Mayor Su, you’re not going to co visit without saying hello? Isn’t that a bit rude?"

Wen Yulong in the aircraft frowned, sensing sothing strange about her reply. But before he could further ponder on it, Xu Tianyu, the Level 6 New Human following Su Sigui, sohow managed to circle back, seized one of the Hunter Helicopters, and hurled it towards them.
"Truly deserving of Level 6. What imnse power," Wen Yulong mused, completely disregarding Xu Tianyu.
He imdiately realized that this young man was under Su Sigui’s command, displaying a certain level of loyalty. But if he could capture Su Sigui, then this young man would be no threat at all.
Despite Wen Yulong’s gentlemanly deanor, buried beneath the facade was an ambition so vast it could no longer be contained!
The apocalypse had presented countless opportunities. Since he was already here, why not chase after them? He had the capability and the power. Unlike ordinary people struggling for food, he desired not just mastery over Guanglan Base, but much more!

Xu Tianyu lifted the Hunter Helicopter, several tis larger than his own body, and slamd it against the aircraft’s steel fra. The helicopter exploded upon impact, but the damage to the aircraft was negligible—the steel rely twisted a bit.

Wen Yulong shook his head, an indifferent expression in his eyes. He seed convinced that Su Sigui was destined to fall into his hands.
Below, the head of a cannon began to power up, locking on to Su Sigui’s figure. The streets were now completely devoid of pedestrians.
Su Sigui’s face displayed no change. After a brief run, she closed her eyes. Upon reopening, her pupils had turned to amber. The veins on her arm changed from a light pink to black. Small flesh buds sprouted from the pores on her back, interweaving into six, long, armored tentacles trailing along the ground.
"Awaken!"
With an echoing roar, her eyes glowed brightly. Discarding her weapon, she crossed her arms—the black veins on her arms and the back of her hand transford into dark blue scales.
Zzzt zzzt zzzt~
Finally, the cannon on the aircraft reached a critical point. An overwhelming red light burst forth, creating a destructive beam aid directly at Su Sigui!
