The answer is: No one likes sharing cheat codes in their hands with others!

If anyone does, that person is an idiot! They deserve to be devoured to the bone!

Running into another "person" exactly like himself, whether to make friends or brutally kill him, beca a dilemma.

However, the good news is that Tang Ye held the initiative. Why? Because he was far more powerful. You could even tell from the zombie hiding in Building One that couldn’t control itself.

Upon finding the staircase, Tang Ye didn’t hesitate to turn into a bolt of black lightning and charge upstairs. Confused, Ah Fu followed huffing and puffing, his massive body causing the stair’s handrails to warp!

In no ti at all, Tang Ye was on the fifth floor, sizing up his surroundings. Compared to Building Three, Building One’s environnt was much better. Though it couldn’t be considered clean; the bloodstains and various unntionable fluids were fewer, only a few errant splashes on the walls.

He sniffed a couple of tis, the high-level zombie’s scent growing stronger. Even if it wasn’t here, it was definitely on the sixth floor. After making a comparison though, its chances of being on the fifth floor were slightly higher.

Banging sounds continued to co from the stairs below, from Ah Fu crashing against the walls. Tang Ye didn’t pay attention to it, letting his icy gaze sweep over the corridor. Wherever his gaze fell, all the doors lined up in a row were all open—except for one room which was his interest.

Among all the identical objects, suddenly finding sothing out of the ordinary instantly attracts your attention—that locked room caught Tang Ye’s at first glance.

Walking over to it, Tang Ye stood at the door, grabbing the doorknob and twisting.

Click!

The door didn’t open; it was locked from the inside. Tang Ye didn’t mind—a re door couldn’t keep out a formidable Level 5 zombie, could it?

He certainly didn’t mind using brute force!

Crack!

With a yank, Tang Ye pulled the entire lock out and tossed it aside. The door swung open on its own, as though its support was gone.

The scene inside made Tang Ye pause.

"What’s going on ..."

It was a small clinic, with a red scroll hanging from the side wall. Next to it was a doctor’s information sheet, filled with the doctor’s accomplishnts.

Aside from so dical equipnt and tables, there was a sliding glass door at the back.

The glass door was open, revealing the wash basin to Tang Ye. The reason for his confusion was the corpse sprawled atop the wash basin, covered in bite marks. The head was no longer attached to the body, and there was faint movent from beyond the glass door.

There was not a hint of liveliness here, and Tang Ye imdiately knew that the presence behind the glass door was a zombie!

This scene was exactly like the one in the room on the second floor of Building Three. Both had a zombie corpse sprawled over the wash basin and another zombie lurking around. Going by the bite marks, the culprit was undoubtedly the other zombie.

As for where the head had disappeared to, it was probably soaking in the pool, just like before.

But the difference was that this corpse appeared to have been dead for quite so ti. Its flesh was so rotted it was turning black, making it look tall and skinny, almost a skeleton!

Tang Ye moved closer, glancing at the sink. Its contents were pitch black, and a large lump of sothing was sinking in it. No need for guesses to know what it was.

A white froth floated by the edge of the sink, probably from the flesh dissolving. A normal person would have thrown up instantly upon seeing it, but it didn’t bother Tang Ye.

He didn’t encounter the intelligent zombie. Not wanting to linger, he left the room and looked in a direction, taking a step towards it. He ended up looking exactly where he had been earlier.

The car, the ragdoll, and other items were all intentionally placed there, though he had no clue why. Yet to Tang Ye, arranging these items together felt out of place no matter how he looked at it!

His instinct told him none of these items were supposed to be here!

Roar!

Suddenly, an angry roar echoed from Ah Fu’s from the direction of the staircase. Tang Ye spun around, only to find a man standing there out of the blue!

Oh, at first glance, it looked like a man. But on closer scrutiny, Tang Ye realized it was a zombie with the sa height as a normal human!

The zombie was clad in dirt-ridden clothes, haven’t been washed in who knows how long. It just stood there, facing the staircase, while Ah Fu roared louder and louder below, full of rage, wanting nothing but to shred this zombie to pieces!

However, the ironic thing was, Ah Fu was simply too big. It was already a great struggle for it to even squeeze into the stairway, let alone attack anyone. The cramped space considerably limited it!

Gazing at this clothed zombie, anyone else might mistake it for a non-evolved regular zombie, but only Tang Ye knew it was a genuine Level 4 zombie!

It just didn’t look like one, that’s all.

Cackling...

Making strange noises, it stared coldly at Ah Fu, flashing confusion from ti to ti. Its hands hanging at its sides occasionally twitched as if it was nervous.

Suddenly, it seed to sense sothing and turned abruptly to the side. But before it could react, a dark figure darted across and sent it flying with a trendous force!

Crash...!

Its body slamd hard against a pedestal, smashing it to pieces. Amidst the pattering of stuff scattering on the ground, the zombie got up as if nothing had happened. The mont it stood, however, it found Tang Ye looking at it with a brutal smile on his face.

"Hehe, it’s you ..." Tang Ye uttered coldly.

Upon hearing Tang Ye, a flash of surprise crossed the zombie’s eyes, imdiately followed by calm. It appeared to have prepared itself ntally, knowing well who Tang Ye was.

Tang Ye took a step towards it, and with each step, a bone blade about a ter long tore through his flesh and ripped open his gloves. By the ti he reached the zombie, his hand had turned into a white bone claw!

Seeing this intelligent zombie, Tang Ye didn’t question whether it was real. He revealed his vicious nature first!

Having lived in the apocalypse for so long, he trusted no one, especially zombies retaining human intelligence like him!

It was very likely that he would be kind to it one mont, only to have it stab him in the brain the next to get his Evolution Crystal!

Instead of dying himself, Tang Ye selfishly chose to kill the others!

He raised his hand, the giant bone claw ready to plunge into the zombie. But in the nick of ti, it raised a hand and croaked hoarsely.

"Wait ..."
