After confirming that the four brothers were all right, Tang Ye began to look for the figure of Su Sigui. However, after scanning the area, he only found two radiation-mutated creatures with bodies severely damaged by the explosion, but still no sign of Su Sigui.

In the distance, the surviving Level 8 New Humans began to gather. Compared to his four almost unhard Silver Armored Zombies, these Level 8 New Humans were in much worse condition. The recent nuclear explosion instantly claid the lives of four or five of them. The rest were left heavily injured, lying on the ground with their skin charred and wrinkled due to the high temperature!

Finally, Tang Ye, left with no choice, used his senses to scan the surroundings and discovered that Su Sigui hadn’t been hard—she had simply left earlier. Her sudden departure left Tang Ye puzzled, but after so thought, he understood why...

A Level 9 New Human could withstand the shockwave of a nuclear explosion on the ground, but her clothes couldn’t!

Now it seed that the mutated creatures’ purpose was fulfilled—the siphon tower was eventually destroyed. But no one expected these creatures to be walking nuclear bombs!

As for the two mutated creatures that were blown to pieces, they dragged their ragged bodies, struggling to lift the rubble weighing on them to crawl out. Their ferocious faces turned as they quickly assessed their surroundings. When noticing Hu Ji and the others had detected their presence, they bolted away without a word!

"Chase them! Don’t let those two get away!" Chu Zha was the first to react, growling as he pointed in the direction of the escaping creatures and took the lead in pursuit, with Hu Ji and Saio quickly following behind.

Although these two creatures were blown up by their kind, losing limbs, their speed didn’t decrease as they fled, leaping into the sky and gliding away at high speed, leaving afterimages trailing in the air!

Hu Ji and the others watched anxiously, unsure how long this chase would take. However, they soon realized they were overthinking it. Within seconds, before the two creatures could cover much distance in the air, they suddenly petrified and fell straight out of the sky!

The four brothers were stunned, instinctively assuming Tang Ye had intervened. They turned to look back, only to see Tang Ye himself looking bewildered.

"Move aside!" Tang Ye seed to sense sothing and shouted at Hu Ji and the others, then quickly moved toward them. Before the two creatures hit the ground, he flung out two tendrils to catch them.

Just as Tang Ye was about to do sothing, one of the creatures suddenly convulsed, its body secreting a large amount of unknown mucus. Not long after, its body inexplicably ruptured, spilling out a mass of disgusting fluid!

Tang Ye frowned, uncertain of what was happening to this creature. The substance inside it was extrely repulsive, causing his tendrils to develop large patches of skin upon contact.

Reluctantly, he controlled his tendrils to pierce into the creature’s body and quickly found its Evolution Crystal. He then flicked the tendrils to toss aside the now useless corpse and swiftly pulled over the other creature. To prevent any accidents, Tang Ye imdiately raised his right hand to grip its neck, while the flesh on his left arm transford into a sharp spike, which he ramd into its mouth!

The spike effortlessly penetrated the creature’s soft palate. Through the spike, Tang Ye began to release anti-life material from within himself, forcibly assimilating the creature and extracting its mory!

The mutated creatures aid to destroy the siphoning tower because they didn’t want the "Spirit Rain Plan" to progress smoothly. Who would benefit the least from the "Spirit Rain Plan"? Of course, it would be the Four Great Zombie Kings who wanted to invade China!

Even though it posed a threat to humans themselves, at this stage, I doubt anyone would be foolish enough to destroy the "Spirit Rain Plan," right?

These mutated creatures could only have been directed by their Zombie King!

If Tang Ye could obtain the mory of this mutated creature, he could gain so insight into the movents of the Radiation Zombie King. Coupled with the powerful intelligence network underneath Su Sigui, locating Ryle’s position wouldn’t be difficult.

By then, Tang Ye could directly go and trouble that guy!

Under Tang Ye’s precise control, the components of the mutated creature before him were being rapidly altered, allowing it to feel excruciating pain!

It began to struggle, with nurous spines piercing out from its back, and its skin shaking with multiple tendrils. Its limbs reacted most violently, becoming entangled like several tangled ropes, manifesting in its body by directly intermingling!

No matter how hard it struggled, no matter how it resisted, Tang Ye’s grip on its neck was like the most unbreakable shackle in the world, impossible to budge despite any effort!

Gradually, the intensity of its struggle weakened. On its crimson flesh-like muscles, silver lines appeared; once they erged, they rapidly thickened and spread!

This mutated creature was transforming towards a Silver Armored Zombie! This transformation caused the insanity and bloodlust in its eyes to gradually fade, resembling the vacant pupils of the near-dead.

Everything seed to be going smoothly, and Tang Ye’s tense nerves gradually relaxed. As the silver color covered more and more of the creature’s body, its head drooped powerlessly as if it were a corpse. After another three or four seconds, the silver had occupied most of its body, with a faint black mist starting to drift from it. As its deford limbs occasionally collided with its body, they emitted clanking tallic sounds.

By this point, the creature had been largely assimilated. Tang Ye proceeded to the next step, withdrawing his hand from its mouth and pressing it back to its forehead. Black mist exploded and seeped into its head, while tendrils protruded from Tang Ye’s neck, connecting one by one to the creature’s body to start absorbing its mories!

Yet as Tang Ye exerted his power, an eerie scene unfolded. Just when the creature’s head, previously bowed and close to being assimilated, raised up! Its pure black pupils, with blood-red intricate patterns, stared straight into Tang Ye’s eyes. Instead of the pain once present in this creature’s eyes, now, it gazed at Tang Ye with a scrutinizing look!

At the sa ti, the spread of its silver portions seed to hit an absolute barrier, stopping completely. Instead, it showed signs of retracting!

The eyes of this creature at this mont could be described as peaceful. Looking at Tang Ye, a grin gradually surfaced on its ferocious face.
