"Rationality? Ha... Haha~" Hearing Ryle’s response, Chen Chaoyang let out an unrestrained sneer, his voice full of disdain.
"What you see here in this silver-armored zombie horde is just the tip of the iceberg. You’re a Zombie King too; don’t naively think that the zombie tide Li Henian has gathered is just what we can see?"
"That’s not what I an." Ryle wanted to retort, but the next second, he was ruthlessly interrupted by Chen Chaoyang.
"Yesterday, my people told that in Yuanfeng City, a silver-armored zombie horde exceeding ten million in scale was found gathering, and in other places, more that we can’t see! Combined with this group below us now, rough estimates put the total at no less than thirty million once they all co together."
"Do you understand this number?"
With Chen Chaoyang’s question, Ryle wanted to say sothing, but the next second, he realized sothing and asked with a half-smile, "Of course I understand, but I’m more curious about what you want to do now?"
"What do I want to do? Haha~" Chen Chaoyang laughed, reaching to pull out a long, gray-brown bone blade plunged into the concrete wall. He gently caressed the blade’s edge with his fingers as if it were a rare treasure, carefully feeling every rise and dent on it.
"The weapon you gave is not bad." He murmured, and hearing this, Ryle raised an eyebrow and assured with excitent, "Of course, that’s my bone... No, can I assu you’re very pleased with my gift?"
Chen Chaoyang rely nodded, without speaking. This blade ca from a Zombie King, naturally incomparable to any past weapon!
"So you’d better cherish it well."
At this mont, the atmosphere between the man and the zombie had completely changed, but neither found it strange, as this was how they naturally interacted.
"Of course, I will cherish it, but a good weapon must undergo the baptism of battle and blood."
"Sigh..." Ryle sighed, having known what Chen Chaoyang intended.
He wanted to kill the Level 8 zombie below guiding the zombie tide, Ha Zhen!
If anyone else attempted to kill a Level 8 zombie without outside help, it would be pure fantasy!
However, he had to admit that Chen Chaoyang had the strength!
"What do you want to say?" Sensing Ryle’s anomalies, Chen Chaoyang inquired, and the latter did not hide it, licking his lips before smiling, "My friend, you must admit I’m quite rational. I know you want to use the life of that silver-armored zombie below to... to do what? Oh~ To raise a battle flag! Isn’t that right?"
Chen Chaoyang: "..."
"Alright, if you won’t speak, I’ll assu I’m correct; I didn’t misuse the term! But I must remind you, that silver-armored zombie below is its devotee! Heh heh~" Ryle laughed slyly, then continued, "If you insist on killing it, I won’t stop you, but I won’t help you either. I’ll just run far away."
Chen Chaoyang remained silent for a while, then asked in a low voice, "If I kill that zombie, will it know?"
"I think I’ve made it clear enough; if you kill it, that fellow will imdiately sense what’s happening here. Then, getting away will be difficult. Though I’m unsure how formidable that fellow is, I dare say you can’t beat it."
"Friend, in your country, alerting the enemy isn’t a wise move." Ryle said this aningfully, and Chen Chaoyang, not being stubborn, retracted his weapon and decisively leaped from the high building.
"I accept your advice, so let tend to other matters first."
Watching him speed away, Ryle smiled and followed.
"Hey, rember what I told you, learn to enjoy it; before getting down to business, let’s go inside and take a look first."
Chen Chaoyang, gliding in midair, glanced at the other and said nothing.
...
Two days later, in a large survivor base in the South, a massive Scavenger vehicle roared as it crashed through a wall of a Yajin storage bank!
The people inside the bank had no ti to react, and many were ruthlessly sucked into a rolling at grinder, or directly crushed into a paste!
So security personnel patrolling inside the bank, even though they were equipped with advanced laser weapons, were caught off guard by the sudden intrusion. As the wall was breached, so security were already sucked into the rolling grinder, dying amidst bone-chilling screams!
"Alert! Alert!" The remaining ard guards quickly regained composure. At the captain’s shout, they dispersed into formation, raising their laser weapons to unleash a torrent of fire on the Scavenger barging in!
Swish, swish, swish~ Boom!
The scorching lasers easily tore off several layers of armor from the Scavenger! However, it was evident that the Scavenger had been expensively modified; under continuous laser assault, the armor around the cockpit stubbornly remained unyielded!
"Everyone! Evacuate!" At this ti, the captain of the security team shouted to his mbers, but just as his words finished and before they could stand, others in the bank had already scrambled outside. When security personnel left their cover and headed toward the exit, the Scavenger suddenly moved again!
Vroom, vroom, vroom!
The engine’s roar was like a beast’s fury, shaking their ears with a tingling itch! The massive tires furiously ground against the floor, emitting thick smoke. Just as the foremost guard was about to exit the bank, the enormous body of the Scavenger lunged forward!
Ah!
Bam! Crash!
The sound of the collapsing wall, accompanied by piercing screams, the sound of laser fire, and the Scavenger’s door opening.
First out was a person with stockings over their head, who was kicked out. They staggered a few steps, turned back to the still vehicle occupants, and complained, "Maybe we don’t need to be so violent!"
"Shut up, you white pig! If you want to get rich with us, just obediently do as told! Everyone, get down!" A harsh male voice ca from inside the vehicle.
The figure that was kicked out appeared youthful. Although they wore several layers of nylon stockings over their head, one could faintly discern their hair was a dark gold color!
This was a young foreigner.
However, no one knew that he had another identity—that of the Radiation Zombie King from North Arica!
