"Heh~"

He forcefully dragged Ghost Head out from the driver’s seat and was just about to pull Wu Zhixiong out as well. But just then, he noticed the dancer’s voice disappeared, moving with a leopard’s swiftness, not even allowing a glimpse of its path, just a shadow flickering past, slashing towards the Scavenger in front of him!

"Wu Zhixiong!"

At such speed, how could Brother Shi react in ti? He could only shout. In this instant, he felt a deep guilt; the other had saved them, but he had no ability to save the other in return, only to watch helplessly as the Scavenger was smashed to pieces by the dancer?

Yet, at the critical mont, the dancer’s shadow ca to an abrupt halt about four or five ters away from Brother Shi. It seed to sense the presence of sothing unfriendly, turning its head sharply sideways. Brother Shi was a bit bewildered, instinctively thinking it was the threat from Yong that made it stop. But when he looked at Yong, whose arm had been turning silver, it had sohow returned to normal, and Yong was looking at a spot behind Brother Shi.

As he turned his head, he saw the dancer also looking in the sa direction. But the next second, the dancer’s gaze shifted over to him, and before Brother Shi could react, his neck was gripped tightly.

"Ugh..."

His face quickly turned red, feeling as if his head was about to explode!

"Brother Shi!"

Ghost Head imdiately stood up, grabbing "Tianguang" ready to smash it onto the dancer’s head. In that mont, he didn’t even consider if he was overestimating his strength.

The gun pointed at the dancer’s head did not fire a laser, but in a flash, Ghost Head’s neck was also gripped, his face turning red swiftly!

"We’re gonna die!" Brother Shi shouted. He already felt death looming beside him, ready to claim his life in the next second. This shout was rely his last stand of defiance!

Would they really die? No! They wouldn’t! Because soone wouldn’t let them die. Just as the two felt their lives about to extinguish, out of nowhere sprang a big black rat, crashing into the dancer with a "swish," embedding the whole body into the Building. The massive impact also knocked Ghost Head aside, but the rescuer intentionally cast them into a garbage heap, where, after spitting a mouthful of blood, they managed to survive.

"Damn..." Ghost Head breathed heavily, and after coming to his senses, he realized there was just a severed hand around his neck, sa as with Brother Shi. Their savior had directly chopped off the dancer’s hands gripping their necks!

They quickly removed the dancer’s severed hands and threw them away, then glanced over. Upon seeing who saved them, they exchanged a surprised look. It was none other than Huang Fuguang!

He had used all his strength to ram the dancer away, saving them both. At this mont, the dancer was being pinned to the ground by Huang Fuguang using the most classic technique, but his injuries were significant, and soon he couldn’t withstand the dancer’s counterattack, being picked up and slamd into the nearby Building!

Amidst the earth’s trembling and wailing, the entire Building shattered into pieces. Huang Fuguang’s figure, thrown in rage by the dancer, shot straight into the Sky, and they could see the blood splattering from his body!

"Why is it him?"

"Four-Eyed One... why did he save us?"

"I don’t know?"

"Should we help him?"

"How to help?"

Realizing it was Huang Fuguang who saved them, the two were montarily at a loss. They couldn’t understand why he would save them. They wanted to leave, but felt that leaving like this might be sowhat ungrateful?

The two climbed onto the Scavenger, calling Yong in the driver’s seat to wake Wu Zhixiong, ready to act at the opportune mont with the Scavenger. But soon, they realized they were superfluous. Before they could even plan their next step, Huang Fuguang, thrown into the Sky by the dancer, let out a roar, adjusting his stance in mid-air, using his imnse power to halt his upward ascent, forcefully descending. One of his feet aid at the dancer on the ground, and with a furious howl, his whole body smashed down like a falling star!

Under his force, even the Sky seed to press downwards, the air growing markedly oppressive!

"Go quickly!"

The two shrieked, and Wu Zhixiong scrambled to control the Scavenger to retreat, but its start was too slow. Despite the distance covered in retreat, Huang Fuguang had already descended from the Sky, colliding foot-first into the dancer!

The air visibly warped, with intense friction and compression, until flas appeared, making it seem as if Huang Fuguang’s force twisted the very space. At that mont, a shockwave spread circularly in all directions!

Right then, all sounds ceased. Shorter Buildings were covered in innurable wide and narrow cracks, while taller ones snapped into several sections. The demon-sound zombies pursuing them were flung into the air by the shockwave!

Even the massive Scavenger had its front end lifted high by the shockwave, sliding several hundred ters, balancing precariously on its rear wheels before barely coming to a halt. Inside the driver’s cabin, everything was overturned, but luckily, with the Scavenger’s robust tal shell protecting them, they didn’t end up in fragnts like the outside Buildings.

"Ma De, that was terrifying!"

Brother Shi, still shaken, stood up, Huang Fuguang’s descent was like a miniature nuclear explosion! Yong pondered, clenching his fist and then relaxing it. He wondered whether he could cause such destruction with all his might?

The intense vibrations sent dust swirling ahead, and as it settled, a massive circular Pit appeared at the collision point of Huang Fuguang and the dancer, large enough to fit a football field, yet remarkably uniform in shape! The tremor had caused an entire area further away to collapse, the Buildings disappearing completely!

Within the circular Pit, Huang Fuguang’s figure was nowhere to be seen, leaving only the dancer standing alone.

"Where’s Four-Eyed One?"

"Could he be dead?"

"Can’t be, right..."

The few of them looked at the dancer, standing puzzled in the Pit, glancing around, before finally locking eyes with them again, tightening their hearts. Judging by the dancer’s posture, if Huang Fuguang wasn’t dead, he had at least fled, and now it was their turn!

"Quickly, go!"

Brother Shi slapped Wu Zhixiong, who scrambled frantically with the controls, and the massive Scavenger rumbled backward, its wheels clambering uneasily over the stony ground.

No matter how they retreated, how could they escape the dancer’s clutches? In an instant, the three only saw the dancer’s figure flicker, appearing directly in front of them in the next second! Its severed hand extended tendrils, forming a massive blade of flesh and blood that raised high, slashing towards those still in the driver’s cabin!

They instinctively raised their arms, hearing only a heavy thud by their ears, not like the sound of the bloody blade striking the Scavenger’s body. Lowering their arms, Huang Fuguang, who had disappeared, had once again appeared right in front of them, blocking the attack!
