The two individuals before his eyes were not zombies, but ordinary people. Tang Ye, who was accustod to the habit of implanting eyes, generally targeted his own kind, which wouldn’t result in any consequences. He had initially planned to implant eyes into the two people, but given that one of them was an ordinary person who perhaps hadn’t had ti to get into trouble, Tang Ye wanted to see what consequences those who violated the regulations would face before they turned into Silver-clad Corpses driven solely by a bloodthirsty instinct.

After pondering for a while, all Tang Ye could do was to hide the eyes in the couple’s clothes, only ensuring that the two would not discover the appearance of the eye he had implanted onto their clothing.

He raised his hand, and the flesh in his palm writhed, then split into two independent pieces of flesh. With a flick of his fingers, the two pieces of flesh separately flew onto the couple, slowly blending into their clothes without their slightest awareness. Within a particular stitch on their clothing, a tiny eye suddenly appeared, witnessing everything in front of it.

After doing all this, Tang Ye patted both of their shoulders. As far as the couple knew, did Tang Ye just pat their shoulders once?

The two exchanged a glance, sowhat puzzled. Lu Xin was the first to turn around and ask with an uncertain tone: "Senior... are we done?"

"Done," Tang Ye nodded.

"Just like that? I don’t feel like anything’s been added to ?"

"Senior, you’re not playing a trick on us, are you?"

"I’ve told you that it’s high tech, it’s a pinhole cara, very small, generally undetectable to the naked eye. We will use this pinhole cara to remotely observe your every move. If anything happens, we will rush over imdiately."

"Well... okay then."

The couple still had doubts in their tone. They just felt like Tang Ye had gestured a few tis at them, but didn’t actually do anything and it was over.

Tang Ye had originally wanted to ask about the situation of the caretaker at Martyrs’ Cetery. Among all the people he had seen in this world, the only anomaly might be that caretaker. Everyone else was asleep, not even daring to open their eyes during the off-limits ti, whereas the caretaker not only had his eyes open but was also watching TV, giving off a completely different vibe.

However, being part of a mysterious organization now, Tang Ye held back and did not inquire.

"Our trade begins now. Our organization will monitor your every movent 24 hours a day, until you encounter danger. After the trade is completed, I will bring you two crows. Right, your phone numbers, please."

"Phone numbers? Oh, sure."

Upon Tang Ye’s request, the couple took turns reciting their phone numbers. Tang Ye entered them one by one and then dialed each number on the phones they had retained. After confirming the numbers, he said: "This is my phone number; set it for speed dial if necessary. If you discover anything, you can contact imdiately. But don’t call for no reason, understand? In an ergency, if sothing really happens and you dial my number without saying anything, I will assu that you’ve already encountered sothing."

"Alright, Senior. We understand."

"Senior, there’s one more thing I’d like to ask."

"What is it?" Hearing Lu Xin’s request, Tang Ye’s eyebrows subconsciously furrowed, he always felt that the guy had a bit of a severe fever.

"Do all the people in your organization have superpowers?"

"Yes, but also no."

"What does that an? Do you have them or not? Can you show us?"

"Dream on, that’s it from , I’m leaving now. Continue with your own business."

"Senior... where are you going?"

"I’m going back, the two of you, see you at dawn."

"Okay then, see you at dawn."

Seeing Tang Ye was about to leave, the young couple did not ask him to stay. After Tang Ye departed, they returned to the tombstone they had been sleeping by. Possibly startled by Tang Ye’s words, or maybe because they had already violated the off-limits regulations and decided to just give up completely, they did not sleep but casually scrolled through funny skits on their phones.

As for Tang Ye, he did not actually return to the hotel but went towards the zoo instead. Catching two crows was not difficult for him, it could be said to be a piece of cake.

Three or four minutes later, Tang Ye quickly moved from Martyrs’ Cetery towards the zoo. Before entering, from a distance, he spotted a small house with a sign for the security rest room.

He walked forward and peered through the window. Inside, the layout was simple: a bed, a cabinet with an old-fashioned TV set, a few small stools beside the bed, and a dining table. Apart from that, there was nothing else. Different from the caretaker at Martyrs’ Cetery, the security rest room was engulfed in darkness. But the darkness could not hide Tang Ye’s vision; he could see a man in pajamas lying on the bed. The man was neither young nor old, appearing to be in his fifties and much younger than the caretaker at Martyrs’ Cetery.

He was asleep, and judging from his sleeping posture, he had likely entered dreamland a while ago and had not stayed up all night like the caretaker at the cetery.

Tang Ye withdrew his gaze and shifted his perspective to check the surroundings of the hotel man and the young couple. With nothing happening and just as he was about to enter the zoo, sothing occurred to him. He turned his head towards the security rest room, pondering sothing in his mind.

He suddenly found sothing very strange, still related to the caretaker at Martyrs’ Cetery. In his understanding, a caretaker’s job was to ensure that the tombs would not be damaged. But in this world, everyone went to sleep at 9:10 PM on ti. He never saw anyone dare to break the off-limits regulations after that ti, himself excluded, of course.

After the restricted ti, there would be no one wandering on the streets or engaging in sneaky activities. Martyrs’ Cetery could serve as a temporary shelter for those without a place to stay during the restricted hours. Perhaps the caretaker was there to prevent those overnight visitors from damaging the tombs. But with everyone in dreamland during the restricted hours, what was the caretaker truly guarding?

And this security rest room? It was probably for sleeping...

Recalling the drowsy look on the caretakers face as he watched the television, that feeling of suddenly having forgotten sothing washed over him again, making him only associate this security rest room with one function.

After surveying the surroundings, Tang Ye faintly felt that compared to the dayti, the zoo seed to have sothing extra, but he could not discern what it was, so he gave up.

Dodging the nearby surveillance caras, his movent turned ghostlike in an instant, as he glided into the zoo shrouded in darkness.
