Before Long Yingjia could speak, Xu ngyun took the initiative to ask, "Do you have a younger brother?"

This zombie was one of wisdom they had t in the second year after the Apocalypse. During that ti, many people saw their loved ones turn into unrecognizable zombies that would bite at the sight of any living thing. However, so couldn’t bring themselves to kill their zombified family mbers, leading to extre behaviors such as keeping zombies.
Xiang Shan was one such zombie. After turning, his parents couldn’t bear to kill him and started to feed him. Luckily, his parents were farrs, and luckily, Xiang Shan was different—he was a zombie of wisdom. Initially, even though he had the bloodlust typical of zombies, he had the discernnt of a human and could sense his parents’ goodwill.
With his parents feeding him live chickens and ducks, Xiang Shan gradually recognized more and more, coming to know that the two people before him were his parents, although he had no real understanding, just a sense that they bore no malice toward him.
However, during the early Apocalypse, resources were critical, and those with too many resources were in great danger.
At that ti, Xu ngyun, leading her group of survivors, happened to pass by Xiang Shan’s family farm. Other survivors had already found the place, and Xiang Shan’s parents were unable to fend off robbers. They t their tragic end.
