Looking at those pale pupils, Huang Quanjiu braced himself and continually retreated towards Ruan Chao’en.

Huang Quanjiu rushed forward, trying to grab the zombie’s tail, but his hand hadn’t even touched its slippery skin when that slim tail flicked.
"Not good!" Huang Quanjiu’s heart sank, and the next second, the tail wrapped around his neck.
"Get off!"
Huang Quanjiu roared, grabbing the tail and fiercely attempting to fling it aside.
However, a trendous force ca, and Huang Quanjiu, initially tilting to the left, was suddenly shifted to the right, causing him to lose his balance and be violently thrown to the ground by the Level 6 zombie.
The four bone whips tightening around Ruan Chao’en exerted a great constricting force, causing the veins on Ruan Chao’en’s forehead to bulge and his eyes to bulge bloodshot.
It was an incredibly creepy sight.
Then, two more tentacles on the Level 6 zombie’s back stretched out, reaching towards the hole it had broken in the ceiling and with a "crack," they inserted into sothing.
Although slender, the bone whips could unleash astonishing strength; as they pulled, they lifted the Level 6 zombie’s body, and Ruan Chao’en was hoisted up as well.
The zombie moved quickly, and in no ti, it had maneuvered most of its body through the hole in the ceiling.

Huang Quanjiu cursed loudly from below as he sprang up to save Ruan Chao’en.
"Co down here!"
He grabbed the zombie by the nape with one hand, the icy touch making him sowhat uncomfortable.

Ruan Chao’en, entangled by four bone whips, kept struggling while continuously roaring. His intense struggles made the Level 6 zombie’s body sway, but it seed dead set on Ruan Chao’en and simply would not let go, despite Ruan’s prolonged efforts, which seed ineffectual.
Huang Quanjiu, gripping the zombie’s nape below, exerted the utmost strength of a Level 6 New Human.
"I said get down!"
Huang Quanjiu bared his teeth, face confident. He didn’t believe this creature could escape his grasp, and this zombie... well, how to put it? It was just very skinny, practically skin and bones. His hands, clasped on its hind leg, felt like they were on a large bone, the protruding bone points on the sole giving Huang Quanjiu a good grip.
Two Level 6 New Humans, one constantly struggling, the other pulling on a hind leg from below, rendered the Level 6 zombie immobile for the mont. However, it seed desperate to leave the place, its eyes fixated only on Ruan Chao’en, continuously pulling itself upward, its sharp claws digging deeply into the concrete floor beside.
A Level 6 New Human and a Level 6 zombie contended with each other. The floor above incessantly cracked loudly, showing ferocious splits. Their powers bursting forth, small chunks of concrete began to fall. If this continued, Huang Quanjiu believed it wouldn’t be long before the floor above would collapse.
Seeing he couldn’t pull the ugly zombie back imdiately, Huang Quanjiu yelled, "Hey! Soone co quick! There’s a zombie here!"
His cries echoed through the area, but there was no response for a long ti, not even a single person.
"F*ck! Where is everyone! Aren’t there usually a lot of people around? Are they all dead today?"
Aside from the continuous cracking sounds from the structure above, Ruan Chao’en’s curses, and the occasional low growls from the Level 6 zombie, only Huang Quanjiu’s roars filled the area.
