Chapter 84: dium – Water

“I can’t help it. If I didn’t know a little bit of everything, I would have died a long ti ago.”

Teach did not say anything, but from her expression, it could be seen that she agreed with what Kraang had said.

“Alright, let’s get ready.”

Teach held the instrunt and stood in the middle of the public restroom. She took a deep breath and opened her mouth.

Strange notes ca out of her mouth.

Magic that involved Domains was very high-level. It consud a lot of energy, and it was easy to fail if one was not careful.

Sotis, a seemingly insignificant mistake could cause a mage to suffer the backlash of magic.

Usually, for such high-level or high-failure magic to be released smoothly, many people would release it together.

It was quite dangerous for a person like Teach to use it on her own.

It was impossible to say that she was not nervous.

However, there was no other way. It was impossible to find another mage who knew how to use it in a short period of ti.

Fortunately, Teach was not completely alone. Although Kraang did not know how to use it, he had learned and understood how to share Teach’s pain and hurt.

He helped Teach increase her success rate.

Kraang lit a cigarette. He did not put it in his mouth but humd a strange song.

Magic power was injected into the special cigarette through his arm. A large amount of smoke appeared in the toilet.

In the blink of an eye, the smoke had covered the entire public toilet.

From the outside, there was only a white expanse. The situation inside was completely covered by the smoke. Nothing could be seen clearly.

Teach closed her eyes and magnified her senses.

At this mont, her spirit turned into tentacles and spread out in all directions.

It was not enough. She could not touch it yet.

At this ti, the Kraang’s smoke played a role.

Wisps of magic power fused into Teach’s spiritual tentacles from the smoke.

Teach’s perceptive ability instantly improved by a large margin.

Sensing the changes in her body, Teach also looked at the Kraang in a new light.

She did not expect this seemingly random guy to be unexpectedly reliable at the critical mont.

The help provided by the Kraang was more than that. Within the range of the smoke, Teach could feel the fluctuation of space more easily.

She saw it, but at the sa ti, she could not see it.

The feeling that it seed to exist, but also seed to not exist, made Teach feel a little uncomfortable.

She was almost there.

Really, she was so close.

She was about to succeed, but Teach was still unable to touch the other side.

There seed to be a huge ravine in the middle that separated the two sides.

After all, strictly speaking, the Domain and this side were equivalent to two worlds.

Therefore, it was easy to imagine how difficult it would be to discover another world from this world.

Drip!

A drop of water fell into the sink from the tap. The sound was extrely clear.

Water?

Teach’s thoughts wavered for a mont. Inspiration suddenly burst forth in her mind. In an instant, she understood many things.

‘Water, that’s right, it’s water!’

‘I’m so stupid. A newborn strange creature, even if it has a Domain, so what?’

No matter how fast the newborn grew, it would be impossible for it to use its Domain freely in a short period of ti.

As ntioned before, the domain was technically another world.

If it opened the door to the Domain into another world, it would itself be rejected by this world.

This was because it would disturb the order of space.

Therefore, many of the strange creatures that possessed Domains needed a dium to travel between the two worlds.

This was a rule that even the many full-grown and powerful strange creatures needed to follow. How could a newborn strange creature not follow it.

In the end, they still lacked experience and knowledge. This caused both Teach and Kraang to miss this critical question in the first place.

However, it was not too late to think of it now.

With a train of thought and direction, Teach imdiately began to control the spiritual tentacles and change the direction.

After going to the toilet and washing their hands, they would co into contact with water.

Washing their clothes would co into contact with water.

These missing people had all co into contact with water before they went missing!

To be more precise, it was the water from the public toilet at midnight!

In an instant, Teach connected all the clues in her mind and had an answer in her heart.

The only question at the mont was the first missing girl.

However, because she knew the least about this girl, Teach was not sure if this girl had co into contact with water before she went missing.

She should have. As the first target after the birth of the strange creatures, there was no reason for this girl not to have co into contact with water.

Thinking of this, Teach stopped worrying about the first missing girl.

She told Kraang her thoughts, and Kraang’s eyes lit up.

“Water? That makes sense!

If that’s the case, I know where to go.

Co, let’s go to the water tank on the roof!”

Teach and Kraang had actually considered the roof before, but they did not pay much attention to it.

They simply sent other mages to do a simple investigation.

Now it seed that the roof needed a good inspection.

This ti, after going to the roof, they looked around again.

Especially the large water tank in the center of the rooftop, they did not miss a single detail.

But this ti, they still did not find anything unusual.

But this was basically within Teach and Kraang’s expectations.

According to Teach’s speculation, the water situation would be different after midnight.

So the two of them simply stayed on the rooftop and waited there.

...

Ti passed bit by bit.

Teach and Kraang sat on the rooftop with a chair and waited until midnight.

When it was past twelve o’clock, the two of them stood up from their chairs almost at the sa ti!

Just now, they felt a strange fluctuation from the central water tank!

A gloomy and cold aura ca out from the water tank.

The temperature of the entire rooftop dropped several degrees in an instant.

Now, even an ordinary person could feel that sothing was wrong.

“It seems that our previous guess is most likely correct! The problem is that central water tank!”

Teach said sowhat excitedly.

Kraang calmly took a puff of his cigarette and said in a deep voice,

“Co, let’s go up and take a look. But be careful! This is the fourth ti the other party has acted.”

“I understand!”

Teach understood what Kraang ant. This kind of strange creature was rare and had powerful potential, needless to say, this applied to its learning ability.

It could not be looked at with common sense.

No need to even ntion four tis. As long as it was not the first ti, then you had to be more cautious.

This ant that the other party already had experience, and the more experienced, the more dangerous it would be.

Saying that the two of them walked to the central water tank together, and then climbed up the ladder on both sides.

This water tank was very big.

The two of them opened the lid to reveal the scene inside the water tank.

After taking a look inside the water tank, Teach and Kraang sucked in a breath of cold air at the sa ti!

In the middle of the water tank was also the place where the drainage pipes were.

Three highly decomposed female corpses had appeared!

Their limbs and heads were intertwined together, forming a strange spherical object!
