The body is the most sensitive and honest about seasonal changes. This body refers not only to humans but also to various animals, like the already-spirited Dear Lord. At this mont, Dear Lord feels the budding spring and is sowhat restlessly eager. As the leader, Dear Lord is undoubtedly thoughtful, thinking and worrying for his deer underlings. Seeing more and more little female deer in the enclosure, Dear Lord toils diligently.
In past years at this ti, Dear Lord would undoubtedly feel a mix of pain and pleasure, but today is an exception. The ambiguous atmosphere had just begun to perate the deer enclosure when an unwelco intruder burst in. Following that, Dear Lord, personally demonstrated what it ans that your grandfather will always be your grandfather.
Ignoring the intruding two-legged creature, he finished his business on the back of a quietly waiting female deer and still seed eager for another. Tie Tou, who had been waiting for so ti, would not let this go unchallenged. A group of people were waiting for him to plow, and they couldn't tolerate him being idle and frivolous here. Imdiately, Tie Tou stepped forward, grabbed the rope around Dear Lord's head, and pulled him out.
This guy had already beco spirited; he was enjoying himself. He knew that being pulled out could only an trouble, so he imdiately braced his neck, using all his strength to resist, as if in a tug-of-war with Tie Tou. This guy's shaless attitude resembled that of a good-for-nothing god of fortune.
Dear Lord, however, was not a god of fortune. He was a creature used for plowing, carrying stones, and threshing. When he played dirty, he didn't play fair either. At least Tie Tou had no idea how to handle him at this mont.
After a series of tugging, not only did they not manage to pull 'excited' Dear Lord a single step forward, but instead, Dear Lord pulled Tie Tou a little closer. This left Tie Tou, with his neck as stiff as a board, sowhat embarrassed. If not for the fact that Dear Lord had antlers on his head—harder than Tie Tou's head—he might have already been tempted to take a couple of jabs at Dear Lord’s head.
'You co here!'
Tie Tou, with his neck stiff, leaned back, using all his strength. The only problem was that his wife was only like a flower, not like Dear Lord's nurous wives, so even when he used his full strength, he still couldn't match Dear Lord's skill level.
Dear Lord seed to have released all his remaining energy onto Tie Tou. Stiff-necked, he was ready for a fight, showing no intention of yielding. As ti passed, it seed like this guy was increasingly caught up in enjoying this tug-of-war.
Tie Tou exerted a lot of strength, and so did Dear Lord. Four limbs steady on the ground, not moving an inch. Facing Tie Tou was a black nose and bared teeth—a mocking display to Tie Tou. 'Exert all your strength, but today, Dear Lord is not going to take a step forward!'
Outside the gate, not far from the farmland, people constantly looked back at the gate, expecting to see Deer Head and Tie Tou co out. They were all waiting to see the effect of the bronze plow, yet this guy hadn’t even been brought out yet. Was he, too, taking the opportunity to sneak a drink from the deer milk inside, just like Stone had in the past?
Having such thoughts, Han Cheng shook his head and smiled.
'Divine Child, I'll take a look.'
As Han Cheng was thinking about Shi Tou, Shi Tou eagerly leaped forward, words barely leaving his mouth when he was already out the door."
The others could only endure their impatience and wait here. However, after Stone went in, it was as if he vanished into thin air, not coming out again. What happened? How did the peaceful deer enclosure suddenly turn into a trap? How co soone goes in to lead a deer, and they disappear without a trace?
Han Cheng silently wondered and then took a step back, preparing to go back and check what was happening. At that mont, Shi Tou ran out from inside, looking sowhat flustered.
Divine... Divine Child, the deer... the deer won’t co out...'
A deer won’t co out? How could it just stop coming out like that? Han Cheng’s confusion only deepened.
'Deer…'
Running up to Han Cheng, Shi Tou gave him a helpless look, telling him about Dear Lord’s mischief.
As Han Cheng walked back while listening to Shi Tou, the corner of his mouth twitched slightly. This guy, did he think he could turn everything upside down? This guy didn’t want to work just after getting the bronze plow?
How could that work?
Han Cheng quickly adjusted his emotions and hurried towards the inside of the tribe.
Only Dear Lord’s two black nostrils and exposed yellow teeth remained inside the deer enclosure in Tie Tou’s sweat-soaked eyes. One man and one deer were thoroughly engaged in a stand-off.
From their postures, it was clear that Dear Lord, with his calm deanor, had the upper hand.
Arriving at the gate of the deer enclosure, Han Cheng saw this scene and felt a mix of frustration and amusent.
'Tie Tou, loosen the rope.'
Han Cheng watched for a mont, suppressed a smile, and then spoke up after adjusting his mood.
Tie Tou, drenched in sweat and sore in his hands, heard this and let go of the rope in Dear Lord’s hands.
The quick reaction was not from Tie Tou but Dear Lord, who had stubbornly resisted him.
Originally holding its neck stiffly, upon hearing Han Cheng’s sudden voice, its fur involuntarily shivered.
It glanced towards Han Cheng, its ears instantly perked up, and its body, which had been retreating, stiffened. It stood upright and looked quite serious.
As if the one quarreling with Tie Tou was not it but another deer entirely.
The atmosphere grew sowhat awkward for a mont.
Seeing this dramatic change, Han Cheng couldn’t help but twitch his mouth—what a shaless creature!
The spirited Dear Lord didn’t know what shaless ant. After lingering there for a mont, it t Han Cheng’s gaze, then slightly tilted its head and bolted, darting into the group of female deer.
'Co back!'
Han Cheng frowned and scolded. Dear Lord, who had already started to run, imdiately froze, its tail stopping mid-swing.
'Go out!'
Han Cheng scolded sternly again, pointing towards the outside of the deer enclosure. Inside the enclosure, there was a brief silence.
Tie Tou, who had been bullied by the deer, now felt Han Cheng's backing. He snorted at Dear Lord and grabbed its rope, preparing to pull this guy out.
However, at that mont, Dear Lord suddenly lowered its head, its antlers lowered as well, and it pointed directly at Tie Tou.
Seeing this, Tie Tou quickly stepped aside, fearing injury from this wayward creature of the tribe. Being headbutted by those antlers would not be pleasant.
Han Cheng was startled too—was this guy trying to flip everything today?
Tensing his body while preparing to scold again, what happened next left Han Cheng stunned.
Dear Lord, who had lowered its head as if to headbutt, suddenly raised its head again.
But that wasn’t the most surprising part—what mattered was that it was holding the rope in its mouth.
The guy holding the rope in its mouth approached Han Cheng, looking submissive, and then led it out of the enclosure. It looked as pitiful as possible, as if the embodint of 'ekness' incarnate.
Inside and outside the deer enclosure, there was dead silence. Not only did Tie Tou’s eyes widen, but even Han Cheng was taken aback by Dear Lord’s unexpected antics, nearly 'throwing his back out' from laughing at the situation."
