"What do you an?" Gurē was curious.
"If I had killed those people, I would be facing relentless retaliation from the five major ninja villages." Kaito’s voice was as lazy as his posture. "Don’t forget my goal is to collect the demons that escaped from the Box of Ultimate Bliss. My exorcism journey has just begun; why get bogged down in that quagmire?"
"Now, they are preoccupied for various reasons, allowing us to act quickly before they react. At least we can secure the Zero Tails and Moryo without interference."

After ending his perception, Kaito stood up and said to Gurē, who was squatting on a branch nearby, "I’ll need you for backup,

The Sky Ninja fortress Anker Bandian was disguised as ruins, located in a nearby forest. The room where the Zero Tails was held was underground.
Kaito traveled through the earth, entering Anker Bandian without alerting the Sky Ninjas, and soon arrived at the room where the Zero Tails was kept.
It was a tall cylindrical room with walls inscribed with dense runes. A huge cocoon, suspended by web-like white threads, hung in mid-air. The Zero Tails, curled up inside the translucent cocoon, was asleep.
Shrouded by Ryūmyaku, Kaito had rged with the earth’s aura, not disturbing the sleeping Zero Tails.
"Ryūmyaku Lock."
Countless chains shot through the air.
By the ti the Zero Tails awoke to the sound, it was already tightly bound by golden chains.
Enraged, the Zero Tails contorted its ghostly face and roared at Kaito, "Who are you?"
The floor under Kaito’s feet rippled like water, and a massive square box slowly rose from below.
"It’s ti for you to go ho, Zero Tails." Standing on top of the Box of Ultimate Bliss, Kaito rose to eye level with the Zero Tails.
Upon seeing the ghostly face on the box aid at it, the Zero Tails started struggling more violently, shouting in panic, "No, impossible, how do you know about this thing!"
"Co on, Zero Tails, return to where you ca from." Kaito ford hand seals. "Soon, your companions will join you."
Crack...
The joyful ghostly face on the Box of Ultimate Bliss began to tremble, then detached and fell to the ground.
The beast head usually hidden by the mask opened its mouth wide, emitting a silent roar at the Zero Tails.
Strands of dark purple mist erged from the beast’s mouth, darting out like tentacles and piercing into the Zero Tails’ body.
"Damn! Let go of !!" Feeling its power rapidly drain away, the Zero Tails panicked, calling out for its accomplice.
"Shinnō!!!"
By the ti Shinnō arrived in a hurry, most of the Zero Tails’ power had been consud by the Box of Ultimate Bliss, leaving it in a critically weakened state.
"You bastard!" Shinnō could no longer maintain his guise of a gentle doctor.
"That was my life’s work!" With a face twisted in rage, he charged at Kaito with a punch.
Kaito, maintaining his hand seals, remained calm. Suddenly, a golden chain shot out from the side, striking Shinnō hard and sending him flying into the Zero Tails.
"Shinnō, you’re here." The Zero Tails, now weak, spoke, its tone turning frantic. "If you can’t save , then beco part of my power."
Its skin rippled, quickly absorbing half of Shinnō’s body.
"Ahhh..." Shinnō scread in agony.
"Release your inner darkness and join in eternal life." The Zero Tails continued to consu Shinnō’s darkness.
"What a futile struggle." Kaito coldly observed the scene, controlling the Box of Ultimate Bliss to speed up the absorption.
Even though the Zero Tails had gained so strength from Shinnō, it was of no help.
Soon, the Box of Ultimate Bliss drained all power from the Zero Tails, and its empty shell disintegrated into ash.
The dark purple mist tentacles retracted into the box, and the beast head closed its mouth.
The mask on the ground flew back to its original position, the eyes glowing purple.

High above, Kaito lazily lay on Gurē’s back again.
"Where to next?" Gurē asked.
"The Land of Demons." Kaito squinted at the blue sky.
