Another Dinsion – The Prison of the Ten-Tails.

Kaito lowered his hands as the dazzling golden light gradually faded.

"Grrrraaaaaaaah—!!!" The nearly mindless roars of the Ten-Tails still showed no sign of stopping.

"Tch."

Kaito frowned slightly and stomped his foot lightly.

A golden barrier rose from the restraining seal, completely enveloping the Ten-Tails and cutting off the irritating noise.

He leaped from the bottom of the doorless space, landing lightly on the high window ledge above, then clapped his hands together.

A pitch-black, irregularly shaped spatial gate imdiately opened. Enma stepped out slowly, his hands tucked into his sleeves.

Raising an eyebrow at Kaito, he said, "This ti, you were the one who summoned ."

"Hmm?" Kaito looked surprised. "This ti, it’s actually your true form?"

"Ahahaha—!"

Enma laughed triumphantly. "I temporarily handed my work over to soone else. Even I need a break now and then!"

"Ah..."

Kaito’s eyes turned dead-fish-like.

"No wonder Madara and Izuna still haven’t returned yet."

"What can I do?" Enma huffed irritably. "Even though there are many Uchiha clansn in the Yellow Spring Hell now, most of them are just battle-crazed idiots who can’t think flexibly! Talents like Izuna—who are truly intelligent and useful—are rare! Aside from a few forr clan heads and elders who are capable of handling affairs independently, the rest of them... tsk. At best, they can only work as prison guards! Even their old specialty from the Konoha days—police work—I don’t trust them with that either."

"Didn’t you already know that?" Kaito massaged his temples. "If they had been competent enough at police work, the Konoha Military Police Force wouldn’t have ended up the way it did."

Enma waved a hand impatiently. "Ugh, too many of them just rely on brute force! All of them think they’re geniuses, but they’re just stubborn blockheads!!!"

"So?" Kaito lowered his hand and smiled at him. "What exactly are you trying to say?"

Enma reached out and clasped Kaito’s hand between his own, his expression full of "deep affection."

"Let Izuna stay in the Yellow Spring as my advisor, Kaito!"

"Ew—!"

Kaito yanked his hand back, his face full of disgust.

"Even if you are technically a part of , this is still way too gross."

He shook his hand vigorously, as if trying to fling off sothing filthy.

"It is pretty gross."

Enma’s expression imdiately returned to normal as he nodded solemnly in agreent.

Kaito’s face darkened.

"Haah..."

He took a deep breath.

’Don’t get angry. If you get sick from anger, no one will take care of you.’

Unconsciously, he recited the words that the doctor who had delivered him used to mutter when he was still alive.

’So... I can actually be pretty annoying sotis... ’

He stared at the Great King Enma’s face—so familiar, yet so irritating—and silently acknowledged this fact.

But he had no intention of changing.

"As for Izuna, it’s up to him. I don’t have any objections," Kaito said seriously. "The question is whether you can convince him. Besides, haven’t you already started recruiting staff for the Yellow Spring?"

"Izuna is just easier to use! As long as you don’t object, there won’t be a problem." Enma puffed out his chest confidently.

"Humans are complex creatures, much like different animals with different attributes. Naturally, people with different traits are suited to different environnts."

"Please speak in terms normal people can understand. Thank you." Kaito’s dead-fish eyes made a reappearance.

’Yep. I really am kind of annoying.’

"Ah." Enma smoothly switched to a more casual tone. "Izuna is the type who thrives on conflict—not the straightforward, brute-force kind like Madara, but the subtle, underhanded kind. So he’ll love this job!"

"Really?" Kaito maintained his dead-fish stare. "Then why don’t you take Senju Tobirama back with you too? Izuna will be even more motivated!"

"Brilliant idea! As expected of you, Kaito!" Enma couldn’t help but applaud.

"If we assign them to different but competing departnts, their work performance will skyrocket!"

He nodded approvingly at his own idea, then sighed dreamily.

"With that, I might finally get so rest!"

Kaito feigned shock. "What kind of devil are you?!"

"The sa kind as you," the Great King Enma replied with a grin.

"Tch!" Kaito rolled his eyes skyward.

"By the way." Enma suddenly turned serious again. "Why did you summon ?"

’I really am annoying...’

Kaito felt a pang of defeat.

’Thank you... to all those who tolerated in the past. I sincerely appreciate it... No! It must be because he changed after becoming the Great King Enma! Even if he was originally part of , the process of becoming the King of Hell must have mixed in too many ’impurities’! That’s right—he’s not the pure ’’ anymore! And I, Kaito, am definitely not soone people dislike!’

Shaking off the unsettling thoughts, Kaito finally got to the point.

"It’s about this alternate dinsion and the Ten-Tails," he said seriously. "First, I want to construct a complete small-scale Ryūmyaku cycle within the earth of this space."

Enma imdiately understood his intention. "Not bad. Highly feasible."

"You think so too?!" Kaito brightened. "I wanted you to assess it from a god’s perspective. Seems like it’s a solid plan."

"Your idea is sound."

Enma nodded in approval.

"Even though your current focus is on spiritual energy, you shouldn’t abandon a useful power like the dragon veins."

"Exactly." Kaito continued smoothly. "Now that this space completely belongs to you—which, in a way, ans it belongs to —I’ll be able to freely borrow its Ryūmyaku energy during battles in space."

Enma nodded. "I’ll help."

"Good." Kaito smiled. "Then there’s the matter of the Ten-Tails’ disposal."

Enma raised an eyebrow. "Disposal? You’ve finished studying it?"

"Yep."

Kaito turned and looked down at the Ten-Tails, still trapped in the barrier below.

"This thing... maybe we can reverse its function and relocate it to the Yellow Spring Hell."

"Oh? Excellent idea!"

Enma instantly grasped the implications.

"After reversal, it can absorb the chakra that shinobi bring into the Yellow Spring Hell, accelerating the world’s goal of purging chakra. At the sa ti, I can link it back to this dinsion to replenish the space."

He grinned at Kaito.

"As expected of you, Kaito!"

"Tch, you caught on pretty fast too, Your Majesty!"

Kaito smirked back at him.

The two identical faces exchanged knowing smiles.

’Tch! Am I mocking myself right now?’

After a long pause, Kaito ca back to his senses and covered his face with his hand.
