Felix’s face twitched, as he stared at the soft bulge.

Was Kade who taught the bunny to act that way?

Did that count as animal abuse? Should he report it to the authorities?

But what authorities could he even report it to? Werewolf packs existed outside of human society. They were self-governed, and human law didn’t apply there. There was even a hidden agreent between the governnt and the packs, which allowed the two worlds to coexist peacefully, both sides minding their own business. Felix didn’t know all the details, but he knew one thing for sure - human authorities didn’t ddle with supernatural affairs. Werewolf issues were solved by werewolves. Thus, the only option would be to take the matters into his own hands...

Luckily, before Felix could get in trouble on his very first day (not that he actually would get in trouble. Even if he smacked Kade, the Alpha would most likely keep it a secret), Cael ca to his rescue.

"It’s getting late," he said, getting up from his seat. "How about I help you unpack?"

"That’s a great idea!" Felix imdiately jumped up to his feet as well. "Thank you very much!"

He still had over half a glass of his drink left... But it’s not like he had to finish it in Kade’s room, right? He could just finish it while unpacking. And since Cael was the one to propose it, it wasn’t like Felix was being rude, or avoiding social interactions. To begin with, Cael was the main reason why Felix had joined the trio, and the Oga would now be coming with him.

"Well, alright," Kade agreed, and made a motion as if he were about to stand up...

But Cael quickly shot him down. "It’ll be just and Felix. You should give us Ogas so space."

"But you’ve only just t. I’m afraid Felix might be uncomfortable..." Kade tried to protest. However, he was shot down again, this ti by Felix.

"I would be more than happy to spend so ti alone with Cael," he smiled.

Kade pouted his lips, but he didn’t insist any further. Felix was now in the Bloodmoon Pack, living in the room connected to his own, so there was no longer a need to be as pushy as before. Even without it, they would naturally get to spend ti together.

"Let’s go," Cael said, picking up his whiskey glass, and heading toward the inner door.

Felix threw one last glance at the bulge on Kade’s stomach, where the unfortunate Felix the bunny was nested. He was tempted to free the poor bunny from his ’suffering’... But how could he possibly do it? Unbutton Kade’s shirt, or stuff his hand under it? That would only make the Alpha even more smug and pleased! So, he could only send the bunny his, ahem, ’condolences’, and leave the room, closing the door behind his back.

"Alright, let’s get it done," Cael said, walking into Felix’s closet. "You must be tired after the whole day shopping with Lorelei, right?"

Felix only smiled, and answered politely, "No, not at all. It’s just that I didn’t sleep well last night, so I’m feeling a bit sleepy now."

Both were true, actually, the lack of sleep and the shopping trip left him drained. However, he didn’t want to voice any complaints about Luna (even if he wasn’t complaining about Lorelei. She wasn’t the main reason why Felix was exhausted, but rather going through so many stores, with shop assistants jumping all around him) in front of Cael. Kade trusted the Oga, so it probably would be okay...

But Felix still preferred to be cautious. He didn’t want to leave too bad of a first impression on Cael. He might not be able to make all the Ogas in the Bloodmoon Pack accept him, let alone like him, but he hoped he could at least maintain decent relations with Kade’s close circle.

"Ah, I understand. Can’t sleep well in new places?" Cael gave him a kind smile. Even if he picked up on the discomfort in Felix’s voice, and realized that it wasn’t just his sleeping problems that bothered him, he was considerate enough to ignore it. Instead of trying to drag this awkward conversation, he dropped the subject, and turned toward the shopping bags.

"How about I take care of the shopping bags, while you unpack the luggage you brought with you?" he suggested.

Felix nodded his head. "Yes, thank you very much!"

It seed that Cael was indeed a thoughtful person. He instantly suggested he would unpack the new items, which, although they also belonged to Felix, were clothes he had received just earlier that day, so they didn’t feel personal. It was more comfortable for Felix to leave them to the Oga that he had just t, rather than have Cael dig through his luggage...

"How would you like things arranged?" Cael asked, taking things out of the shopping bags, and sorting them by the types of clothing.

Felix glanced around the walk-in closet. There was a lot of space there, far more than he needed, even with all those shopping bags that he and Lorelei had brought from their shopping trip. So of the hangars and shelves were already taken - just as Kade had earlier said, there were new clothes prepared for Felix. All of them were very nice, and while Felix hadn’t tried them on yet, they were probably his size...

Actually, Felix was quite certain they were. Kade had assessed his size well even the first ti he had bought him clothes, so it was quite unlikely he would make a mistake now.

Either way, with the clothes that were there, the closet was already divided into different sections. So, Felix just said, "Let’s keep the current arrangent."

It’s not like he had any preferences. He had never had a closet so big, not even back at the Moonhill Pack (where he had a large, premium room with a lot of space. Only that it was mostly empty).

"Alright!" Cael agreed, and quickly started setting clothes on the shelves.

With the two of them working together, it didn’t take long before Felix was unpacked, at least as far as clothes were concerned. There were still other things left, such as his pottery tools and clay, but he put them aside for now. He had brought them, but he didn’t figure out where exactly to put them... But the room was big, so there shouldn’t be much problem finding a space. And in the sumr (if he were still in the Bloodmoon Pack by then), he could perhaps move to the balcony?

"All done!" Cael announced with satisfaction, looking at the closet. Although there was still so empty space left, it no longer looked so empty...

Actually, it was so full that it made Felix’s head spin. Since when did he have so many clothes?

He held back a sigh, and turned to Cael. "Thank you so much for your help."

"No worries!" Cael smiled at him. "I’ll be going back to Fen and Kade now. Do you want to co with , or..."

"I’d rather go to sleep."

Cael nodded with understanding. "Alright, I’ll explain it to them. Have a good night, then, and see you tomorrow!"

Having said that, he went to the inner door connecting the room, and soon disappeared behind it.
