More than half an hour had passed, and Ethan started shivering less and less violently.
Just when Harry was getting extrely bored and sleepy, Ethan stood up and stretched his body.
Harry was startled as he was broken out of his sleepy trance and looked at Ethan.
Ethan seed to be examining his body, as he moved and stretched it.
Maxine resisted the urge to leap up and hug his brother as he was afraid that he would disturb him and ruin sothing.
After a minute of continuous stretching, Ethan looked at the king and bowed down with a humble expression and said, "This humble servant greets His Majesty. Please impart so orders for this humble servant."
Harry was startled by this sudden increase in respect given by Ethan while talking to him. He was respectful before, but be definitely did not call himself a servant.
Harry stared at Ethan blankly with confusion when he had a sudden urge to use the personality scope at him to see what his inner thoughts were.
Maybe he was scheming sothing? After all his loyalty towards him was only 60 previously, which was not very high.
[Author's question: Did I ntion their loyalty before? Like how much loyalty they had towards their king? I don't really rember. If I have, please do inform in the comnts.]
It was very possible that the guy had started to hate him due to the pain that he had caused to him with the injectable. Or there may be so other reason that he did not know.
But he didn't think that the pain would cause his sudden change in behavior as he did not look angry at all, and also, Harry had warned him before injecting him with the injectable that he would face intense pain.
Harry imdiately thought about activating the scope in his mind, and without delay, the scope appeared and Harry examined Ethan, trying to find out what caused his sudden change in behavior.
But when he did use the scope on him though, it only led Harry to beco more confused. His strength had increased to 80, which was not really that confusing to him, since that was the job of the injectable, but what shocked him was, his loyalty was a 100. A full 100. Harry was utterly confused as he stared at the man in front of him, trying to guess what led to such a drastic increase in loyalty.
After thinking about it for a bit, Harry concluded that it must be because of the powers that the injectable granted. Maybe he was grateful towards Harry because of these powers maybe? Or maybe his reverence towards Harry increased when he realized that he had such godlike abilities which allowed him to grant powers to others?
Harry was bamboozled by this new revelation and was about to ask his system, Rae on what she thought the reason could be, when suddenly, Arnold got up and looked at him piercingly.
This slightly surprised Harry as he imdiately put his guard up and was ready for him to attack him any second, when Arnold too bowed down respectfully and said, "This loyal subordinate greets His Majesty."
Harry felt extrely confused at this point because his words too were extrely similar to his brother's, except he did not degrade himself to a servant. I an, even though a subordinate technically is a servant, it sounds much more classy.
But before he could think about anything else, Arnold continued speaking, "Please impart a task to this subordinate, Your Majesty."
With this one sentence, Harry concluded that sothing was wrong here. He imdiately examined Arnold with the personality scope and felt like he had just found the eight wonder upon seeing his loyalty.
He had a 100 loyalty. That's right, this scheming b*stard had a 100 loyalty. The last ti he had checked, he only had a loyalty of 30.
That was why he was so on guard against Arnold. Even the system only described him with three words : Scheming, manipulative and loving.
He guessed that the loving part must be for his family, since he always thought about their wellbeing and put it before his own wellbeing.
Also, Arnold never trusted him even a bit and always put on a facade in front of him. As a person who had put on a facade all the ti when he was on Earth and even now, he could easily spot who was acting and who were genuine.
He asked Rae, "Rae, do you know what's going on?"
He received no answer from her. He asked again, "Rae?"
Suddenly, the image of a girl appeared in front of him and she started crying pitifully while almost howling.
If not for the fact that Harry had gotten used to all these sudden surprises and shocks, Harry would have definitely jumped like a cat due to Rae's sudden crying, and embarrased himself in front of the twisted brothers.
He looked at the two brothers bowing in front of him, one with a 100 strength and the other with 80 strength, before saying with a smile, "Excuse for a second. I'll co back shortly and give you tasks."
Both of them nodded and bowed their heads even lower.
Harry exited the throne room and entered his bedroom before locking the wooden door tightly.
He looked at the wailing Rae who had followed him till here like a little puppy which followed its master, and asked with confusion, "What happened Rae? Why are you crying?"
Harry was confused on why Rae was crying so bitterly.
