Logan kept a close eye on his new creatures as they evolved. The female vulture, despite his earlier hopes, didn't beco a condor—though it did grow a full ter in size, now stretching nearly three ters from beak to talon. Its crimson face had deepened in hue, and its chest feathers had fanned out into a thick, regal mantle, almost like an exaggerated fur cloak.

More curious, though, were its newly acquired skills. Despite being a creature of darkness, it had begun to develop skills specially made to counter light-elent attacks—likely a response to the trauma it had endured when Logan reflected its own magic back at it with the light-based mirror skill.

Logan couldn't help but chuckle.

He turned his gaze to the three pegasi, just as Silvia appeared beside him.

Her arms wrapped tightly around his. "That was reckless," she said, her voice a bit sharper than usual. "You're getting bolder with your taming. Also, didn't we agreed to do this one together."

"I know," Logan replied, offering a sheepish smile. "But things escalated fast. At least we've got what we ca for—three pegasi, and one of which is evolving. I'll definitely need your help for the unicorn though. It feels like the spirits are playing with ... showing themselves just long enough to get my hopes up, then vanishing again."

Silvia frowned but didn't let go.

Logan watched as the golden pegasus completed its evolution. The radiant glow it released was intense—brighter and longer-lasting than any of the others. Though its physical changes were minimal, he could still notice a few.

It had grown slightly in size. Its wings now carried a few more shimring feathers that reflected the sun like polished glass. The mane running down its neck, along with the hair on its tail, had grown longer and more elegant.

But Logan knew that not all evolutions were ant to be dramatic transformations. So were subtle—silent changes that focused on one thing: unlocking powerful new skills, and that was what happened with this creature.

The golden pegasus had gained five new skills.

That alone proved sothing Logan had co to understand: more mass didn't always an more strength. Unlike other creatures that focused on physical growth, this one had evolved in terms of magic wielding capabilities. Most beasts only developed two or three new skills after evolution. Four, if they were lucky. But this pegasus? It gained five. And all of them were unique.

Logan finished observing his creatures and turned toward Silvia.

"Alright," he said, guiding her toward one of the pegasi. "You take this one. I'll ride the golden one. Let's split up and start the search."

Silvia raised an eyebrow but said nothing as Logan helped her mount the silver-winged pegasus. The saddles were already in place—custom all-purpose designs, prepared ahead of ti to prevent accidents while flying.

"I got word from the centaurs," Logan added as he adjusted his own reins. "They saw so light spirits to the south. Looked like they were playing around... probably trying to draw attention. I want to check it out. Maybe—if I'm lucky—I can try to ta one."

He climbed onto the golden pegasus as its wings reflected the sunlight. A grin ford the corner of his lips. "I wonder what would happen if it works."

Silvia looked down at him, her expression thoughtful. "You've only been able to ta humans, demons, and the creatures of this world. Spirits though, I wonder if your skill will work at all."

She made a cute smile that showed the excitent she was feeling, she was looking for to the experints in the future if Logan tad the light elentals.

"If you succeed, we'll need to find out if spirits can evolve too. It could be our next big project."

"True, it will help Kryst make even more powerful crystals, I can already see how much energy those will radiate, now imagen if I bless it with monarch blessing... will I anger the great spirit on light..."
