At the Victor Trading Company, I showed the president and the monster scholar so of Bell’s fur and Lynn and Sela’s scales, but I think I ended up surprising them quite a bit.
Well, it’s only natural they’d be surprised upon hearing about them eating Fruits of the World Tree. Still, lying in response to a specialist’s questions might cause trouble later for the brush-making process, so I simply answered everything honestly.

Sela, or rather, Rainbow Dragons in general, can absorb magic power from the air through her wings and convert it into nourishnt. So it has nothing to do with being a Special Individual; they’re just naturally light eaters. Even a fully grown Rainbow Dragon apparently eats no more than two or three nuts a day.
Sela is no exception, and eating a whole Fruit of the World Tree is basically impossible for her. Instead, she drinks sothing like a smoothie made by refining juice made from the Fruit of the World Tree.
She would prefer to eat a whole fruit like Lynn does, but whenever I give her one, she gets full after just a couple of bites, so in the end, smoothies really are the most suitable food for her.

Of course, I could imagine what sort of brushes would suit Bell, Lynn, and Sela, but sotis you only discover sothing unexpectedly good by actually trying them out. If possible, I really did want to try them all.

The president of the company nodded, still stunned by my request. Well, considering that one full set per creature was estimated at around 10 white gold coins, the order I just placed ca to 70 white gold coins in total…… that’s about 700 million yen. Even after paying wages to the staff she created, with Shiro-san’s permission, the margins are enormous.
And although I pay Canalis-san a salary befitting her role as Nifty’s representative and the manager of all three shops, she just hands almost all of it back to , saying “Well then, please accept this as rent……”, so over 90 percent of her wages return to anyway.
She insists “As long as I have a little money for snacks or the occasional bite while out, I’m fine.” If it were just modesty, I could persuade her to keep more, but the truth is…… she really doesn’t need money.
After all, Canalis-san can create whatever she needs at will. What use does an Omnipotent and Omniscient Canalis-san have for money?
Because of her strict sense of propriety, she does prefer to pay with earned money, not conjured money, when shopping at stalls or stores outside, but aside from that, she truly has no need for it. So, under the pretense of “rent”, most of her salary flows back to …… Nifty’s profits are downright terrifying.
On top of that, I personally don’t have expensive hobbies…. I don’t collect pricey art or jewels. I prefer hostyle als over extravagant gourt dining…… Honestly, I probably spend the most on pet-related items. In that sense as well, this paynt isn’t a problem in the slightest.
