When Kaori-san returned after handing her present, it seed the winner of the second tournant had just been decided.
I’d been chatting with Kaori-san and only caught bits and pieces of the final match, but the winner turned out to be Isis-san.

Maybe because we usually talked about books, I don’t recall ever playing a ga with Isis-san before. So this must’ve been her first ti with this one too.
Even if she practiced a bit during the first tournant, for her to improve so much she could win the whole thing…… that’s seriously impressive. From what little I saw of the finals, she’s probably on par with Lilia-san now.
According to Kuro and Alice, the Six Kings are all ridiculously talented, with talents comparable to Lilia-san, so maybe this was just that talent showing through.

Isis-san smiled with a bashful, angelic sweetness that was absolutely adorable. Still, we couldn’t just keep talking forever, so it was ti to begin the exhibition match.
Since there wasn’t as big a power gap as there had been with Kuro in the first one, Canalis-san just doubled my character’s stats, and it ended up being a pretty close fight.
I had the advantage in terms of experience points, but Isis-san had better raw reaction speed. In the end, a 2- 3× stat boost was probably the right adjustnt.
It was a close match, but I barely managed to win. Still, Isis-san looked like she was genuinely enjoying herself the whole ti. She probably wasn’t holding back, but even so, she looked really happy about my victory.
"Alright, that concludes the second exhibition match! Those who made it to the finals in the first tournant are no longer on rest status. The second tournant finalists will now take a break, so keep that in mind. Registration for the third tournant will begin in 5 minutes."
With the exhibition match over, the attention now shifted to the third tournant. After the first and second rounds, the players seed to be getting a better grasp of the ga, and the spectators were clearly getting more excited too.

Of course, it’s not a complete solution, but if her magic power’s range is limited to 50 cm, then things that were difficult until now, like going out to town with Isis-san, suddenly becos possible. Just imagining it makes the future feel so much brighter.
