Today was the day of Fate-san and I’s trip, and we had co to the shores of the lake in Archlesia Empire under a crystal clear blue sky.
The scenery was very beautiful and the cottage-like buildings and the lakeside make a nice combination. There was nothing else for us to do, and the atmosphere was very calm and quiet, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy.

It seed like Fate-san was looking forward to this trip and looked a little more excited than usual.

It was a little surprising, but we took a quick look at the cottages for the ti being, before we headed to the edge of the lake to fish. We had placed our luggages in our magic box, so we didn’t have to leave it at the cottage and it would be more comfortable for us when we go back.

While making idle chit-chat, I lightly casted my bait to the waters. When fishing in a lake, it might be better to move the lure about to attract the attention of the fish, but I wasn’t really aiming to catch anything. So, I used a tool I bought beforehand to hold the rod in place.

Nodding at my suggestion, Fate-san snapped her finger, and a circular wooden board suddenly appeared between and Fate-san. It was probably ant to be our table. Even though it was floating in the air though, it was quite stable.
Seeing that we had a table, I laid out the snacks I had bought on it. As much as possible, I tried to prepare the latest and most unusual ones I had found.

As we talked with each other, I took out wooden cups and poured tea from the thermos I prepared for today. I could have prepared regular teacups for us, but I felt that wooden cups would be more appropriate for the atmosphere around us.

Seeing Fate-san fooling around with a red rusk in her mouth, I couldn’t help but smile. We’re supposed to be having a very silly conversation, but I wonder why? Sothing like this just feels really enjoyable.
How should I say this…… I think this kind of atmosphere is really nice.
