Zhang Te’s assistant instinctively hit the brakes, staring at the lit lights inside the old villa for quite a while before he pulled his gaze back.

Zhang Te’s assistant, without even a mont’s hesitation, turned off the ignition, pushed open the car door, and dashed towards Han Yixiao.

After getting into the car, Zhang Te’s assistant imdiately hit the gas pedal. He didn’t take Han Yixiao to the hospital, but instead, brought her to an apartnt of his where he didn’t often stay.
Back at the apartnt, he first found so fever-reducing dicine and administered it to Han Yixiao. As he was preparing to go out to buy dicine for her whip wounds, his phone suddenly rang.
