Xia Wan’an was completely dumbfounded.
She asked him for a hint, and his response was to make a move... his actions were even more convoluted than the hint he initially gave her, leaving her utterly confused, for goodness’ sake?!
The atmosphere within the hotel room ignited quickly, returning to tranquillity only after an extended period.
Out of breath, Xia Wan’an collapsed onto the soft bed. Just as she was about to drift off to sleep, Han Jingnian shifted from kissing her lips to whisper into her ear, "Do you understand now?"
Due to exhaustion, Xia Wan’an’s brain was functioning a bit slower. About half a minute later, she finally realised what he ant. She then opened her eyes and looked at his face, nuzzling her neck and delivering occasional pecks, "I still don’t understand..."
As she finished speaking, Xia Wan’an noticeably felt a change in the man’s kisses.
Could he possibly be... wanting to make another round?
Before Xia Wan’an could stop Han Jingnian, her lips were tightly seized again...
Did he intend to carry on till she finally understood?
After the second round, an utterly exhausted Xia Wan’an found herself confronted with Han Jingnian’s question again. She instinctively wanted to shake her head, but considering that another tiring round was more than likely, she withheld the gesture. However, Han Jingnian, fully aware that she had yet to grasp his aning, unceremoniously took her once again.
When the third round ended, Xia Wan’an straight away passed out. But even in her dazed state, she suddenly recalled a similar scenario from before...
At the start of the month, in Thailand, due to so disagreents with Zhang Te, she didn’t let him go ho. Being the absolute rule-follower he was, Han Jingnian didn’t actually go ho. And in the end, it was she who ’tad’ him... Was she the one who tad him?

Originally drowsy and tired, Xia Wan’an suddenly beca alert. She turned to Han Jingnian and voiced the thought that occurred to her, "Argue in bed, make up at the end?"
Han Jingnian nodded, "You catch on pretty quickly."
"Quickly your ass! You an to tell it was all just to ’physically’ comfort you?!"
Hearing this, all Xia Wan’an wanted to do was to smack Han Jingnian with a pillow.
It was unfortunate, however, that she lacked the strength to do so at the mont.
"So, does our disagreent over the dress end here?"
"You’re overthinking," Han Jingnian pulled up the covers for Xia Wan’an, "It was only a hint from just now, as for..."
Han Jingnian humd a few tis, "...we’ll talk about it tomorrow."
Although he didn’t explain anything and just gave a chilly hum, Xia Wan’an still grasped his implication.
Was he implying that she needed to maintain this ’argue in bed, make up at the end’ truce by tomorrow evening? And today... was it just his friendly reminder?
Dammit, she felt like she had fallen into Han Jingnian’s cunning trap. Truly the saying goes, fear not the straight man, but fear the straight man with wit...
