Hearing this familiar voice, Xia Wan’an was stunned.

Coming out of the alley, under the street light, Xia Wan’an saw Fan Ming’s wound.
On his arm, his clothes had been ripped open, unveiling flesh underneath that was bleeding profusely... the sight was shocking.
Fan Ming was injured because of Xia Wan’an, so she couldn’t just abandon him. She stared at the wound for a mont, then said, "Fan Ming, let accompany you to the hospital to dress the wound, to prevent any infection."

Fan Ming stopped refusing, obeying Xia Wan’an’s words and got in the car.
Since the wound didn’t hit any vital spots, they went to a nearby hospital.
After quickly receiving ergency treatnt, a doctor ca to treat Fan Ming’s wound. The knife wound was quite deep, requiring more than 20 stitches on Fan Ming’s wound. To prevent infection and inflammation, the doctor prescribed anti-inflammatory dication for oral and topical use.
Although Fan Ming insisted on paying, Xia Wan’an got to it first.
Leaving the hospital, even though Fan Ming continuously refused Xia Wan’an’s offer to drive him ho, she still insisted on hailing a cab, sending Fan Ming back to his place before she went ho.
After getting out of the car, Fan Ming, standing by the road, waited until Xia Wan’an’s car disappeared from view before he took out his phone and dialed a number: "Boss, the job’s done."
