Ai Jiang pursed her lips, saying nothing more.
The room grew silent for a mont, then Ai Jiang took the initiative to speak again: "So... Miss Chi, what did you need from ?"
"You know Xia Wan’an, that vixen, don’t you?" Chi Mu cut straight to the chase, with no beating around the bush at all.
"I do, we were classmates for many years."
"As far as I know, you lost a fight against her and got purged from the Han Family by Han Jingnian, didn’t you? I bet there’s a lot of hatred for her in your heart? Interestingly, I feel the sa way..." Chi Mu didn’t wait for Ai Jiang to say anything, just continuing with her own agenda: "I’ll be blunt, I want Han Jingnian."

Chi Mu chuckled upon hearing this: "Miss Ai, you want to solve your problem even before you’ve done anything? Isn’t that overestimating your worth? In a nutshell, if you want to join , stay, otherwise leave. Don’t tell you think I can’t do without you?"
Chi Mu’s sarcastic remarks caused Ai Jiang to lower her head, biting her lip, and remaining silent.
Did she despise Xia Wan’an? Of course, she did. If not for Xia Wan’an, she wouldn’t be at the rcy of Jiang Ping’s whims. She dread of making life worse than death for Xia Wan’an.
However, she was not currently in a position to harm Xia Wan’an. Chi Mu’s ergence was the best thing that had happened to her... thus, she could not reject an alliance with Chi Mu. Bearing a little now could help achieve bigger goals later. As for the Jiang Ping situation, she could slowly work it out after winning Chi Mu’s favor.

Chi Mu glanced at her and then, with a nonchalant face, said, "You can leave now," before continuing to watch her phone screen.
