Chapter 44: Training?

Emma glared at the back of her pawn with a disgusted expression that showed her displeasure, 'He only ca here for so items. That's to be expected after all.' She thought to herself.

Normally she would have been delighted to give one of her pawns a gift or anything that they may have desired but when Kaden was on her mind certain things angered her. Anything that he wouldn't do and then soone did would make her mad like how the guy just now was fine with getting an item and going away Kaden would have refused the offer and then said that spending ti with her is more important than so materialistic item.

This had a different effect on her than when the other pawns asked for items and showed how grateful they were towards her. When the other pawns showed their gratefulness they were bowing down to her like a god or a ruler and she indeed liked this but there was no in-between with them it was just constant reverence which is why Kaden was so different. Originally, he had no idea he was one of the 7 and all the power she had so his way of talking and treating her was completely different and she liked that about him. However, she couldn't change her inner impulses which led their relationship to where it is today.

With these thoughts on her mind, Emma went to sleep while holding her arm out to the other side of the bed with longing.

The next morning was Saturday so Kaden had the next two days to do whatever he could to prepare for the ability school. His plan was to train as much as he could in the thing that he lacked the most. Physical and combative prowess. While his powers were quite amazing and with each rank his body got stronger and stronger he still wanted to strengthen his body that tiny bit more through physical fitness and also learn how to be combative himself. He didn't want to be a sitting duck if sothing with his army or family went wrong. He wanted to be even stronger than his own people and make sure that he could do his part as well but the question is where. Where could he find soone like that to train him to his limit?

His first idea was to find soone online so he searched for a physical trainer and a combative trainer combination which led him to a bunch of listing of people all over the world but when he changed the search to specifically near his area there were only three options. One of the options was imdiately crossed off despite the amazing reviews and people saying how the training worked wonders because the price for this teacher was outrageous. Kaden had never seen so many zeroes for a single four-hour lesson before so it was out of the picture.

The next one was more up his alley considering the fact that the person was charging no fee until after a week-long trial. This was similar to those TV subscriptions he always saw online and in ads. If you were wondering how Kaden actually is in possession of any money despite him not working then it's because of his family mber that has been arrested. He left all of his life savings and property to Kaden knowing that he would never see the light of day again and he also trusted that Kaden would use the money wisely and not waste it all on sothing pointless.

Kaden decided that he would try the trainer with a one week trial first and if he didn't like them then he would go from there. Just out of curiosity Kaden looked at the description of the third trainer and was surprised to see that all of their classes are completely free. The only requirent is that the person can survive and endure the training process or at least that's what the ad says.

However, Kaden was not convinced that the listing was legit after he thought about it for a mont. Why would a person that is great at teaching such things do sothing like that for free? It must have been a scam or sothing is what he thought so he tossed it to the back of his mind and grabbed the address of the one with the free trial.

Kaden then left his house quickly after checking and seeing that the location is currently open and ready for people to co in for lessons. After exiting his apartnt building and walking for a while Kaden arrived at a facility with a sign in the front that says "Bill's Combat and Athletics.

With his anticipation rising Kaden entered the building only to be surprised for the wrong reasons. The building was quite large from what he could see and it housed both a gym and a sparring area. The floor plan was wide and open giving Kaden a full view of the place. In the far back of the facility, there was tons of workout equipnt and other things that would increase a person's physical fitness or help it like protein shakes which were in glass cabinets.

However, what really took the cake in the facility was the huge arena in the middle for sparring. There were many different types of mats and rings that could accompany any style of traditional fighting. Traditional fighting was extrely popular before the rise of classes which gave people the ability to completely overwhelm soone that had trained all of their lives but didn't have a class. This went on for a while and people were slowly losing interest in the traditional ways of fighting because so said that it had no use in today's ti but they were very wrong because people began swarming to learn once more after so of them realized that they may never have a class.

The ones that were unlucky enough to never touch the awakening stone and also never awaken a class were defenseless for the most part and wanted sothing to at least make them feel a little secure. Then in addition to that, people that had classes also started learning once they realized that so of the earlier fighting thods could complint their class abilities and increase their overall prowess.

"Excuse are you new here?" A voice invaded Kaden's ear.
