Song Ci sneered.
“Hehe. Is this how you treat your true love? You don’t cherish sothing when it’s in your palms, do you?”
Song Ci gave Lu Gan a fake smile, a sign that she was done with this conversation.
Lu Gan was about to say sothing when his phone rang again. Once again, it was Lu Hongyong. He answered the call and said expressionlessly, “Is there sothing else you’d like to talk about?”
Lu Hongyong adjusted to a calr tone and said, “If you have ti, can you co back? There are so matters that need to be discussed. Your presence is required.”
“What matters?”
Lu Gan’s tone was flat.
Lu Hongyong was silent for a mont.

Before their marriage, Lu Gan was extrely worried about Song Ci’s relationship with Lu Suo. He had to take care of the little boy and ensured he grew up safely. Lu Gan waved his hand, an indication for her to co closer.
Song Ci did not think much and leaned over.
Unexpectedly, Lu Gan reached out and hugged her.
Song Ci was surprised.
He said gently, “If I could stand up, I would definitely be the one to co over. I’m sorry that you have to accommodate like this. It’s the only way I can embrace you.”
