Chapter 61: Awkward

Jin Yang’s usually cold face was flushed red. He felt all the blood in his body rush to his lower body. The surging blood made him dizzy for a mont.
He shook his head to calm himself down and was about to put the underwear back into the luggage.
At this mont, the bathroom door opened.
Qiu Tong waited for a long ti but did not hear Ye Luan’s reply. She opened the door slightly and popped out her wet head.
“Ye Luan, you…”
Qiu Tong’s words trailed off at the sight of the lacy underwear in Jin Yang’s hands. Their eyes t and an awkward atmosphere spread throughout the room.

In the end, it was Jin Yang who broke the silence first. He pretended to be calm and put the underwear back into the luggage. He calmly took out the shower gel and towel and strode towards Qiu Tong.
Beneath that calm facade, he was the only one who knew how embarrassed he actually was.
Qiu Tong reached out her fair arm through the crack of the door and took the toiletries from his hands. She was about to say sothing when she slipped and fell forward!
She was holding the items in her hands and was unable to break her fall. Just as she was about to make contact with the floor, a huge force suddenly ca from behind her.
Jin Yang quickly pulled her toward him and wrapped his long arms around her slender waist from behind. His big, hot hands happened to land on her chest, holding her tightly in his arms.

Embarrassnt and anger flashed across Qiu Tong’s eyes. She hurriedly used a towel to cover her chest and broke free from his embrace. She abruptly pushed him out of the bathroom and slamd the door shut!
She stood under the shower and quickly washed her body, as if she wanted to wash away the fluttering in her heart.
Jin Yang looked at the door that almost bashed into his nose and slled the lingering fragrance in his arms. Still feeling the smoothness of her skin on his fingertips, he touched his nose guiltily.
He thought of the beautiful image he had just seen and his heart started beating uncontrollably.
Jin Yang felt that he couldn’t stay here any longer and turned to leave.
After taking a few steps, he seed to have thought of sothing and retreated again. He scrutinized Ye Luan, this young man who was only half his age. Suddenly, he raised his hand and grabbed Ye Luan’s collar, dragging him out of the room.
Qiu Tong tidied herself up and walked out of the villa. Shao An had already been waiting at the door with Ye Luan for a long ti.
“Miss Qiu, this is the rest of the paynt. Also, this is a cheque for an extra $150,000 that Sir asked to pay you.”
Shao An pushed Ye Luan to Qiu Tong’s side and took out the cheque. He handed it to Qiu Tong. Filled with burning curiosity and thirsty for gossip, he lowered his head and asked softly.
“By right, Sir should have seen you off personally. Did you two have a fight?”
Qiu Tong looked at the cheque and smirked. She kept it.
She had just been taken advantage of and had no qualms accepting this extra paynt.
“That’s because he saw sothing he shouldn’t have seen. Your boss is feeling guilty.”
Seeing her response and recalling the expression on his boss’ face when he asked him to give her another $150,000, realization dawned upon him.

Shao An mulled over this as he saw Qiu Tong out of the villa.
After Qiu Tong left the villa with Ye Luan, the first thing she did was head straight to the market.
Before she left, there was nearly nothing left in the cupboards of their house. Hence, the mont she entered the market, she went on a major buying spree.
Ye Luan received countless shopping bags with a blank expression and followed closely behind her.
Was this woman going to buy the entire market?
Qiu Tong hefted the haunches of a pig on her shoulders and finally stopped her crazy shopping spree. Carrying a huge amount of stuff, she led Ye Luan back ho.
At the door, Qiu Tong tried three tis, but she could not fit the key in.
Did the kids change the locks?
Did sothing happen during her absence?
She beca anxious at the thought. She took out a dagger from her waist and drew a steel wire from the handle.
The lock suddenly turned and the door opened.
When the three children in the room saw Qiu Tong, they looked as if they were facing a formidable enemy. There was not a hint of joy on their faces at their reunion.
When Qiu Xingyuan saw Ye Luan, his face turned completely black. He gripped a remote control tightly in his hands.
