Chapter 1074: Chapter 624: Yang Weiwei’s Confession to Qin Yuan is Rejected Chapter 1074: Chapter 624: Yang Weiwei’s Confession to Qin Yuan is Rejected “Then, Master, you guys go ahead and wait for . Once I’m done with this, I’ll head to the laboratory,”
“Alright, alright, I got it,”
Old Man Yang agreed as he put down his teacup and stood up, ready to head to the laboratory for work.
“Let’s go, you can also co and work in the lab with .”
Yang Weiwei wanted to stick by Qin Yuan’s side every mont, but her father saw his daughter’s intentions and once again called out to her.
“Got it, I’ll be right there,”
Reluctantly, Yang Weiwei stood up and followed her father, leaving the villa with He Chenguang and the others, all heading in the direction of the laboratory.
It wasn’t until everyone had left that Qin Yuan and Green Snake wasted no ti and proceeded to the study.
To his surprise, Green Snake was very serious about her studies; she paid close attention to everything he was researching that was unclear to him, and eagerly noted down the contents of the classical texts she had studied.
After a brief look, Qin Yuan didn’t hesitate to explain the things Green Snake had written.
“I can only give you a simple explanation for now. If there’s anything unclear, you can ask ,”
“Okay, I understand. Go on,”
Qin Yuan explained each point, and Green Snake didn’t hold back, asking about everything she didn’t understand.
Their study session had a really good atmosphere, and they continued learning all morning. When everyone else ca back for lunch, they hadn’t even stepped out of the study.
Gui Li, who just entered the villa, saw the two still in the study and couldn’t help expressing her surprise,
“Can you believe it? They haven’t co out all morning.”
“They must have encountered so difficult problem,”
“Enough chatter. Take all the food to the kitchen; we are getting ready to eat.”
Seeing the two hadn’t co down, Old Man Yang was sure the problem hadn’t been resolved. He didn’t ask anyone to disturb them, but instead planned for everyone to have lunch first, rest a bit, and then get back to work.
“Yes, I got it, Master,”
He agreed and carried the dishes to the kitchen, placing them one by one on the plates.
Geng Hu and He Chenguang had been quite bored lately.
Because of Geng Hu’s poor health, He Chenguang had to stay by his side constantly, which ant that the two brothers could only roam aimlessly within the research facility when they had nothing else to do.
As soon as the two returned, they slled the fragrant food from the kitchen, and Geng Hu couldn’t help but call out and ask,
“This food slls so delicious, who made it?”
“You’ve co back just in ti; we’re about to have lunch,”
Gui Li stuck her head out upon hearing him and greeted him with a smile, saying,
Seeing them together, He Chenguang felt like a third wheel and laughed awkwardly, suggesting,
“You go ahead, I’ll go wash up and change. I’ll be right there.”
After saying that, He Chenguang quickly excused himself and left the place, while Gui Li started to clumsily prepare the food with Geng Hu in the kitchen.
Old Yang changed into a fresh set of clothes upstairs and ca down to see the two standing together, looking quite compatible.
“Master, you’re here. Let’s get ready to eat,”
Gui Li looked up and saw the Master, greeting him respectfully.
“Alright, let’s get ready to eat,”
Just then, He Chenguang quickly changed out of his dirty clothes and walked towards the door to co outside.
Everyone sat together and started enjoying the al, but at that point, Qin Yuan and Green Snake still hadn’t erged.
After lunch was over, they packed their als into insulated boxes, and Yang Weiwei expressed her concern,
“Maybe I should take it to them.”
“Forget it, don’t disturb them. We’ll go; they’ll co out when they’re hungry,”
Old Man Yang could clearly see that Yang Weiwei was extrely eager, yet Qin Yuan showed no interest in her, and she constantly wanted to approach him.
He knew his daughter had always been the most proud, but now seeing Qin Yuan, she was completely captivated, and he really felt helpless.
“I know, I know,”
Yang Weiwei responded impatiently, eager for an opportunity to see Qin Yuan, but her father was always blocking her way.
“Co on, let’s go. I hope we make a breakthrough in our experint this afternoon,”
Old Man Yang saw Yang Weiwei still standing there unwilling to move and commanded again.
“Got it, I’m on my way,”
The daughter, always proud, inexplicably beca like this at that very mont, leading Gui Li and a few others out the door first.
Once outside, Gui Li truly understood Yang Weiwei’s feelings for Qin Yuan and felt sympathetic toward her little apprentice.
She could see these past days that Yang Weiwei was really keen on Qin Yuan, but Qin Yuan showed no interest of that sort.
