Mt. Tai, also known as the Eastern Mountains, is one of the most famous mountains in China.
It is located in the central part of the Eastern Provinces. The main peak, called the Jade Emperor Peak, is also known as Tianzhu Mountain. It was the most majestic of the five mountains and was dubbed by the Chinese as the first mountain in the world.
In ancient tis, Mt, Tai had always been regarded by the ancients as the path to the seat of the emperor, becoming a place of worship and the place of rest for emperors. It could be called a symbol of Chinese nations and the epito of Eastern culture. It was a sacred place that contained the spirit of the east.
There was a book called 《Records of the Grand Historian – Book of Fengshan》which recorded the so-called seventy-two emperors feasting on Mt. Tai.
The Fengshan ceremony was a sacred ancient ritual that carried the greatest significance to the ancient Chinese. It had never been carried out after the end of the Qing Dynasty, but now, in the face of imminent destruction, it was going to be carried out one more ti.
According to the old tradition, it was the emperors who carried out the Fengshan ceremony, and the only ti it could be carried out was during peace. Without the emperor there, the one who presided over the ceremony had beco the ‘god of the land’ which was the old immortal.
Although the world’s leaders had finally decided to implent the ‘Human Seed Retention Plan’, the plan’s chances of success had beco extrely low after finding out that Adrastea was a living creature that was akin to an evil god.

After learning that the old immortal was about to perform a sacrifice to the gods with the Fengshan ceremony to fight back against the evil god, the leaders of China also resolutely abandoned the plan to travel to the moon by rocket and sat in the capital. They beca the chief commanders behind the ceremony and mobilized all the country’s resources to successfully carry out the sacrifice.
The ti left for the entire human race was only three days, and the ritual needed preliminary preparations. At this ti, the entire country united together.
Tens of thousands of troops were deployed from the military zone and surrounded Mt.Tai to prevent anyone from entering it. On the summit of Mt.Tai, a nine-foot high altar was being built, which was going to be the altar for the ceremony. An octagonal altar was built on Mt. Sheshou, an imdiate mountain to the east of Mt. Tai. This would serve as the ditation altar. The road to the summit of the mountain was lined with yellow flags, monunts, and carved stones with texts of sacrifice to the God of Heaven.
From the preparation of the specific stone and jade used for the ceremony, it was necessary to cut them into required sizes and transport them to the mountain. It only took a day or so to complete these requirents under the coordination of the country’s top brass.
At the foot of Mt.Tai, team leader Si brought all mbers of the ‘Dragon Group’ to live in the barracks. They all looked up at the magnificent, symbolic peak of the entire Chinese civilization.
The barracks were strangely quiet as all present spoke as quietly as possible. Although there was still so ti before the sacrifice, to ensure the success of this ceremony, the military had issued an order for everyone to hold their posts before the success of the ritual. There could not be any malfeasance as this was no longer about the fate of China but of the entire human civilization.
“It’s four o’clock in the morning. It’s said that the ceremony was always perford during sunrise.”
Team leader Si glanced at the watch on his wrist and said with a hoarse voice.
From receiving the old immortal to the completion of the altar, a whole thirty-six hours had passed, and the team leader had not slept a wink. He had been coordinating and planning the construction efforts, causing his eyes to be bloodshot and his head to be drowsy. Before the sacrifice succeeded, he did not dare take a break.
“Thirty-eight hours from now, Adrastea was about to hit the North Arican continent. I hope this will be successful.”
Gui Bin also lowered his head and prayed.
“I don’t know what those Aricans did to attract such a terrifying thing… Is the broadcast ready?”
“The major TV stations are ready. According to the old immortal’s request, when the sacrifice happens, he hopes that many citizens will pray together so that the wishes of the people will reach the heavens.”

“The God of the Eastern Sky… what impression do you have of this venerable god?”

These professors from major universities frowned and said, “The God of the Eastern Sky is an ancient legendary deity. He is a celestial god believed in and worshiped by the people of the south during spring and autumn and the Warring States Period. He is a high god in China.”
“In the records of 《Diwang Shiji》, the Emperor of Heaven was Fuxi, the Emperor of Earth was Nuwa, and the Emperor of Man was Taiyi, which is this god. It only changed during the Qin Dynasty. The eastern sky does not necessarily an a direction but was a ans of respect as it was the lead of the five directions. The sun and moon both rise in the east. The na itself carries a supre and noble aning.”
This scholar spoke with extre difficulty as if the deity made it impossible for mortals to see through this god’s status.
“In other texts, Taiyi is described as ‘the way’. He was also called the Ancient Emperor and in so, he is referred to as the God of Heaven. There are even philosophies that believe that Taiyi is a pseudonym for Fuxi, the Heavenly Sovereign.”
“In so ancient texts, Taiyi was both the Emperor of Heaven and the Emperor of Earth. Honestly, it is difficult to trace its origins, but we do know one thing, the god is the supre God of our Chinese civilization!”
The more the scholar spoke, the more excited and thrilled he beca. He propped up his glasses and continued. As an expert in ancient Chinese mythology, he was more grateful and moved more than anyone else. Perhaps he would soon et a supre god who had been worshiped in the past.
This God was different from the Three Purities of Taoism, different from the Sakyamuni of Buddhism, different from the Christian God, and different from the Brahma and Shiva of Hinduism. The Chinese ancient Gods did not form a religion, but they symbolized the beginning of civilization, the wisdom of China, and the philosophy of the nation. It was the most primitive and the most ancient sacrifice.
