There was no way for them to leave to join the Divine Guard.

When the Marines no longer need to exist, it is conceivable that by that ti, the World Governnt must have conquered many worlds.

At that ti.

The mbers of the Divine Guard recruited from various worlds will definitely grow.

In terms of ability, they may not be much weaker than an Admiral in the One Piece world.

When the ti cos, the competition will begin.

But this has nothing to do with Kaos.

As a leader, the only thing that matters is ability.

The conscription of the Divine Guard continued.

Kaos and Imu ca here to have a look.

Hundreds of thousands of people were densely packed, a sea of heads surging in the area.

Seeing such a huge crowd, Imu frowned slightly. "It may take a long ti for these people to grow stronger and enter the battlefield to kill the enemy."

After all, as ordinary people, strength is an issue. The willingness to kill is still a problem.

Kaos naturally knew what Imu was referring to, and he couldn't help but shake his head and laugh. "Don't worry."

After saying that, he pointed and soone approached.

It was Rand.

"Your Highness," Rand said respectfully.

Rand didn't know Imu, but he could tell her status was extraordinary just from her deanor. He saluted them both.

"Rand, present the next plan," Kaos ordered.

Hearing this, Rand nodded respectfully and imdiately he began speaking. "Yes, Your Highness."

He gestured toward a direction. "Your Highness, look over there. That area has been newly selected. Next, it will be transford, and a high wall will be built to completely enclose an area of more than 10,000 square ters to form a cage."

"In this cage, we will roughly divide it into several areas. Among them, there will be a criminal area where prisoners transported from Impel Down will be held, an area where upgraded zombies will gather, and another area where wild beasts will be concentrated. Many of the remaining areas will, in the future, house dangerous and powerful creatures brought in from other worlds."

"The only purpose of these areas is to temper the recruits of the Divine Guard," Rand continued.

"Strengthening through the experience of life and death."

"Through this type of training, the recruits of the Divine Guard can quickly gain combat experience, learn to overco their fear of death, and master the art of killing."

"There will also be an academy area, and another area will be expanded nearby for the construction of a training ground."

"Currently, one-third of the academy has been built, and the World Governnt is in the process of gathering more people with Devil Fruit abilities to speed up the progress."

"If everything goes smoothly, once the academy is completed, it will have the capacity to accommodate millions of students!"

Yes.

Millions of people!

The main issue now is finding teachers.

The Five Elders have already decided to assign a large number of competent personnel to serve as combat instructors.

This reveals the ambition of the World Governnt.

They're not content with building a small academy of hundreds or thousands.

If they're going to build it, they want it to be massive.

Once everything is established, the soldiers of the Divine Guard will essentially co off an assembly line, fully equipped with the skills to enter the battlefield and kill the enemy.

Moreover, the training ti for a recruit to beco a qualified soldier will be incredibly short.

The longest would be no more than a year.

And in so cases, just one month might suffice.

With war as a testing ground, even one week might be enough.

It's easy to imagine that as more worlds are conquered, countless believers will be recruited.

Among those countless believers, many will choose to join the Divine Guard.

This will create a self-sustaining pipeline.

Once established, the World Governnt will grow stronger and its foundation more unshakable with each passing cycle!

Upon hearing this explanation, Imu nodded. She hadn't been involved with the Five Elders in planning this aspect, but she could tell how significant this plan was.

It promised imnse benefits to the World Governnt.

With a smile, she said, "It's an excellent plan."

Seeing her smile, Kaos's eyes lit up. "You should smile more often, Imu. You look beautiful when you do."

"If that's what you want, I'll try to," Imu replied, her tone soft. She touched her face, slightly stiff, but determined.

If it was for Kaos, she was willing to try and get used to smiling.

Kaos laughed. "Of course, I'd love to see it more often."

Imu nodded silently, understanding his words.

Afterward, Kaos and Imu continued their tour with Rand serving as their guide.

"Your Highness, the building ahead is the Technology Departnt. It is currently under construction and will feature several underground floors and multiple sections. The Five Elders plan to employ scientists from this world, as well as any scientists from worlds that will be conquered in the future, to work in this Departnt under the supervision of Vegapunk."

Kaos nodded in understanding. "It's a smart idea for the World Governnt to employ scientists from different worlds for its benefit."

The three continued walking, with Rand showing them the departnts built by the World Governnt.

When they arrived at a large building with an entrance crowded with won, Rand quickly began explaining after noticing the interest in Kaos' eyes.

"This is the Servant Departnt. This departnt aims to create capable maids with all the necessary skills to serve your Highness." Rand felt speechless. The World Governnt has allocated an entire departnt just to ensure His Highness's comfort.

The interest in Kaos' eyes rose.

He noticed that most of the The won in front of the entrance to register are beautiful

Won with an air of superiority

Won with employee clothes

Young won and adult won

So appeared nervous, while others seed confident.

With one look, he can tell that there are all kinds of won in front of the entrance who want to register, and the second point is that there is not a single male

The na of the departnt may be servant, but it only trains female maids.

"Will all of them beco maids?" Kaos asked.

Upon hearing Kaos's question, Rand denied, "Your Highness, the servants' departnt is different from the rest of the departnts. These won will be near you, and so of them may" Rand hesitated for a mont, unsure whether to continue, but after looking at Kaos who was waiting for him to complete his speech, he resud.

"So of them might share your bed. so the Servant Departnt verifies the loyalty of the won, but before that there are important tests, which are beauty, chastity, and so other tests that I am not aware of."

Rand explained seriously, "Entering the Servant Departnt is more difficult than joining the Soldier Departnt.

"After all, in the Soldier Departnt, the focus is on fighting enemies, and the requirents are less stringent."

Kaos nodded in understanding. While he didn't think any of these won could pose a real threat to his life, even if one turned out to be a spy or an assassin from so group that had not yet been destroyed, he appreciated the precautions taken by the Servant Departnt.

After completing their tour, they eventually arrived at the center of the base.

On a vast plot of land, hundreds of workers were constructing a massive building. Around the building, a wall was being erected.

"This..."

Rand stepped forward to explain. "Your Highness, the Five Elders have decided that a big palace will be built for you in every world that is conquered.

"Currently, builders, artisans, and luxurious materials are being brought in to construct your first palace. Afterward, thousands of maids from the Servant Departnt will be transferred to this palace."

Kaos smiled, stroking his chin.

The idea was appealing. In the future, he could travel between worlds and spend ti in his palaces. After all, as the ruler of the World Governnt, he would need proper accommodations whenever he visited a conquered world.

He liked the idea.

He could tell from the large area in front of him that the palace would be enormous.

He found the idea of each palace being filled with thousands of beautiful maids highly appealing.

What if a hundred worlds were conquered in the future?

Hundreds of thousands of maids.

A harem of hundreds of thousands of won.

Hiss!

As he beca lost in thought, imagining the staggering number, Imu quietly observed everything without comnting. To her, Kaos was a king, and a king deserves royal treatnt.

After recovering from his shock, Kaos smiled and said, "Inform the CP0 chief that I want only Female CP mbers guarding the palace. Not even a male mosquito should be allowed near the palace walls. The sa rule must apply to future worlds."

Hearing Kaos' words, Rand's lips twitched.

His Highness was truly a Celestial Dragon. Even if he was different from the others, so of their traits still lingered in him.

As a disciplined and serious man, Rand felt sowhat embarrassed by these topics, but he faithfully carried out Kaos' orders.

Afterward, Kaos and Imu resud their tour until Kaos decided to depart to visit the second world.
