Chapter 365: Chapter 365 Weiwei, Are You Concerned About ?

“Are they blaming you?”

A soft and gentle voice resonated in the sumr night, stirring hearts inexplicably. Xiao Jinghan looked deeply at Ye Weiwei, his lips curling into a faint smile as he stepped forward and asked in a low voice, “Weiwei, are you worried about ?”

Ye Weiwei froze for a mont, nodding dumbly, thinking to herself: Her expression wasn’t wrong; she was indeed showing concern for him. Why couldn’t he understand?

“Weiwei, I’m truly happy!” Xiao Jinghan cupped Ye Weiwei’s face, taking advantage of her unexpectedly.

Her concern genuinely delighted him.

Standing on either side, Xiao Lingyun and Lin i watched the scene with complicated emotions, exchanged glances, and finally let out a deep sigh as they braced themselves for Xiao Jinghan’s continued display of affection.

Yet, Xiao Jinghan did not continue to flirt. Instead, he led Ye Weiwei to the sofa and had the two sisters sit down as well. His tone was resolute as he said, “There’s no possibility between and Mo Shishi. Her threats to harm herself won’t change my stance.”

“That’s right, Brother, I support your decision!”

“I support it too!”

“Weiwei, do you understand?” Xiao Jinghan placed his hand over Ye Weiwei’s.

Ye Weiwei had to admit that Xiao Jinghan had thoroughly confused her. Her forrly steadfast heart now wavered uncontrollably.

In her mind, two versions of herself were battling.

One argued: Look at him; he’s so devoted. You should be with him now. If you miss this chance, you’ll never find a better man.

The other retorted: His parents dislike you. The difference between you two is too vast. Don’t be foolish!

In the end, reason triumphed over emotion. Ye Weiwei decided not to think about Xiao Jinghan for the mont. She yawned and feigned sleepiness, “Xiao Jinghan, I’m feeling tired. I’ll head back upstairs to sleep first.”

Xiao Jinghan did not insist on keeping her back. He let her go upstairs, as the conversation he was about to have with his two sisters was sowhat dark and unsuitable for Ye Weiwei to hear.

anwhile, at the hospital, Mo Shishi had escaped danger.

The surgery was not perford by Lu Zi’an—not because he couldn’t but because he simply loathed the woman. He instinctively felt that Mo Shishi’s suicide attempt was yet another ploy of self-inflicted suffering.

“Zi’an, will our Shishi be able to have children in the future? Will there be any other complications?” Wan Chuni blocked Lu Zi’an, raising her voice as if deliberately wanting Qiu Ying to overhear.

Qiu Ying, hearing this, stood nearby with a serious expression, staring intently at Lu Zi’an.

Lu Zi’an coughed lightly and replied indifferently, “The specific situation will have to wait for the lead surgeon’s assessnt. As long as Mo Shishi hasn’t undergone any other procedures before, there shouldn’t be any impact in the future.”

“That’s good. Thank heavens! May there be no further issues for our Shishi!” Wan Chuni clasped her hands together and paced the hallway, muttering prayers.

Another forty minutes passed before Mo Shishi was moved to a VIP ward. She had regained consciousness, but upon opening her eyes, she began to smile foolishly at everyone.

“Who are you? Why are you here? Who am I?” Mo Shishi’s exaggerated smile made her appear insane and nonsensical.

Wan Chuni rushed forward and gripped Mo Shishi’s shoulders, her eyes filled with pain as she said, “Child, I’m your mother! Look at —don’t you recognize anymore?”

Mo Shishi shook her head and pounded her hands against her head, muttering to herself, “Who am I? Where am I? Jinghan, my Jinghan, where is he?”

“Jinghan?” Wan Chuni, hearing this, instantly turned toward Qiu Ying.

Qiu Ying, now equally stunned, had not expected Mo Shishi to react this way.

“Hey, who are you? Do you know my Jinghan? I want to see Jinghan!”
