Anything that could help him beco a Marine officer was enough to stir his heart. After all, his dream was to beco a Marine Admiral.

Koby would get Garp's personal guidance and might even beco his chosen successor within the Marines in the future.
As for Amon, he would gain the goodwill of both of them. If he ever needed their help soday, they likely would not refuse.

At Marine Headquarters, Garp was currently mooching food in Sengoku's office.

Amon was rather pleased with that attitude.

The mont he heard Amon say it was not a request for help but a good thing instead, Garp imdiately beca cautious.

Koby stood there in complete shock.
He didn't expect Amon to be this formidable.
Not only did he have Garp's personal contact, but from the tone of the conversation, it even sounded as though Garp treated him with considerable respect.
What really is the identity of this guy?
No matter how he looked at it, this was not sothing an ordinary rchant could possibly do.
